“Great place to stay”

We found this hotel to be the best in catagories. Free shuttle to FLL was a real bonus. Most comfortable bed, would love to have it at home.

Location, beautiful wood surroundings, walking distance to mall. Purchase all your forgotten needs at mall. Plenty of restaurants around.

Although we only stayed one night prior to our cruise, we found the staff at the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is newer and well maintained with very comfortable beds as advertised. As promised there was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel that arrived within 15 minutes after we called to say we had landed and collected our luggage. The hotel was also close to the Port Everglades pier where our ship was docked and although the shuttle to the pier was an extra cost the process was easy, smooth, inexpensive and efficient as we left at the alloted time.

“Very Organized Hotel !!!”

My Girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 1 night before our cruise. We called for the free shuttle from the airport and they were there within 15 mins. We checked in very quickly as they already had our room keys setup in an envelope. We told them we were heading out on a cruise in the morning and they had a sign up sheet going for a shuttle to the cruise ship. Mind you it was a fee but it wasnt much $8.00 per person I think. The room had a King size bed with the sleep number mattress. Room was very clean along with the washroom. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting. Overall a very nice hotel, staff was friendly, would use it again for our next cruise.

“Great Pre/Post Cruise Hotel”

Nice hotel, airport pickup was quick and convenient. When we returned from shuttle was waiting to return us to airport. Only shortfall, outdoor hottub was not working.

“Wonderful experience”

We are a family of four with young kids and stayed there before and after our cruise. The hotel is conveniently located about 4 minutes drive from the airport. It is also close to local attractions such as the Flamingo Garden and the Butterfly Garden. The Sawgrass Mill mall is about 20km away. It is right off highway and easy to travel to Miami is you want. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from the airport. Guest parking is also free. If you just want to grab a bite at the fast food restaurant, there is McDonalds and Burger King withing 2 minutes walk. There is also a local mall within the same distance where you can get other types of food. There are shuttles to and from the Miami and Fort Lauderdale ports with a fee. There are also numerous local tours available at the front desk. There is an out-door swimming pool. We didn't try since the weather was a bit on the chilly side. Checking in was smooth. They allowed us to check in earlier than posted 3pm. The hotel also offers Zip-out check-out where you just sign your statement and leave the key cards in your room. The room is spacious and very clean. The up-kept is also very well. Overall, we had a great stay there and nothing to complain about.

“The place to stay for waiting for your cruise ship to sail”

the staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and the waitresses at the hotel (Crystal and Crystal lite),were awesome and made our stay more fun and enjoyable by their bubbly personalities and friendliness. (Ask Crystal lite about the dolphin joke..hahaha)

“Great for pre-cruise”

The hotel is perfect for pre cruise accomidation - $8 shuttle to port everglades - my room had two flat panel tv's and microwave and fridge.

“Enjoyed our stay”

We stayed at this hotel the night before our cruise. Staff was helpful, hotel was clean and confortable. Room decor was a little dated. Shutttle to the hotel was convenient and free - the driver was very friendly. Transportation to the cruise port (not free) was hectic - the lobby was crowded in the morning and the van was overloaded - however, it got us there. There is some shopping across the street.
