Very nice property. We had a suite which had a completely separate bedroom. It was nice with a great kitchen. The breakfast was very good with comfortable seating. Lots of pillows and a quiet room. I always like Hampton Inn & Suites. Very close to FLL airport. Thanks for a great stay!
This property does not give refunds, even though they blocked the check-in for no valid reason and cited fabricated requirements that weren't even listed on the Hilton app.
The complementary shuttle from airport to hotel was ok. Waited over an hour for pick up at E hotel shuttle site for American airlines.
Called driver 3 times. Communication was not clear if we were in the right spot to meet the shuttle for ride to hotel.
Check in was easy, helpful, fast.
We were coming off of a cruise ship early in the morning and the front desk attendant arranged for an early check-in for us, the second that a room became available. The room was very spacious and clean.
Convenient to port, clean, carpets are a bit musty from the humidity…motel beside the property was a little run down, but new shopping center across the street offers lots of options for restaurants, shops and activities.
The room was clean but the area around the pool is rundown

No soap in the shower dispenser Couldn’t get all tv channels listed - error 771. Didn’t replenish cups for coffee in room - only 3 to last for 3 day stay
Beds we’re filthy hard as the floor door locks were broken and staff gave us a hard time to change rooms,batteries kept dying on the electric door entry it was aweful.
Property was easy to access and room was very spacious. Parking was not the best because they reserved spots for people on cruises and regular guest had to take what’s available. Still was a great experience.

This place was very clean, nice staff. The only two things that were a concern was the homeless hanging out at the local taco bell right next door and the fact that there was nothing to drink for breakfast. The juice machine was down but you could get water from the workout room.
The lighting in the room is horrible. Lamp missing in bedroom. Switch on wall to room didn't turn on anything.
There were crumbs of something that we not vaccumed from the previous visitor
This Hampton Inn could use a bit of a refreshing. It is in a great location for dining options and shopping for forgotten items. It was a short, $16 Uber from the airport and we stayed here overnight before leaving for a cruise.
The breakfast area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests there like us, leaving on cruises. Hours were only until 9 and the grumpy host was shutting the doors just before 9 when clearly it was still a busy time.
When I asked to extend checkout an hour (until noon) the exasperated sigh I got from the desk clerk was not appreciated. Iron in the room need to be replaced!
A bit disappointed for the Hampton brand, but I’m willing to give them the chance for redemption in the future.

Close to airport. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
I arrived 15 minutes before the check in. Room was not ready. Person at the front desk said that he will place me on the wait list and will call me when the first room is available. I told him that it needs to be close to 4:30pm as my daughter needed to attend to a competition. I left and called 30 minutes later to confirm if the room was ready.
