Hotel 2 étoiles sans plus mais bonne situation géographique versus aéroport. Très bruyant ( presque pas dormie de la nuit) ( fenêtres minces comme du papier). Pas possible d’avoir petite collation si vous quittez avant 6h am et navette aéroport non fonctionnelle la nuit donc pas très pratique ( donc frais taxi). Piscine fermée car réparation a faire. Ai dû emprunté l’escalier avec mes valises pour descendre a la réception car ascenseurs non fiables( quelqu’un est resté pris durant 3 hres cette nuit). Donc si vous avez autre choix prenez le. Seule exception: personnel ultra gentil et serviable spécialement Maca et Daniel donc je remercie beaucoup versus infos pour pizzeria.

Was not told pool out of service. We were on the 5th floor and elevators were not working. Morning breakfast was much to be desired. When i booked reviews were good, so what i expected and what I experienced was quite different. For the cost will not be staying again or recommending.

This property was terrible. Rooms old and literally cobwebs on the lamps, mold in the bathrooms. The elevators do not work properly and will get stuck with you in them. This place is a DO NOT REPEAT!. The credit card deposit has not been refunded up to three weeks after the stay.

Well the pool was condemned not able to use because it was unsafe. One of the elevators was broken. It took me four times to go from level 6 down to the main area to get into my room because the keypad was broken. Saw a German cockroach in my bedroom. And the juice machine was broken I blame management for these actions would you recommend anyone to save it

Both elevators were broken. Had to take a lot of luggage up five flights of stairs. I have a bad leg and this was horrible after traveling all day!

Old hotel, musty smell. Pool shut down on April 4 and deemed unsafe!! Apparently deteriorating structure - three rooms within 24 hour period- toilet not working, was asked to stay in the room as they were and use the washroom in the lobby for the night full but I insisted on moving. They moved me. Two reservations due to weather but identified same when checked in so there for three nights, after first night after moving rooms , we went to stores in the morning we came back and everything was packed up and moved out of our rooms on us. The housekeeping staff indicated we checked out, we advised we were there for an additional two nights. We went to the front desk again- they had all of our belongings packed up. They stated we were supposed to check out!! Explained again it was all explained the night before several times. One elevator working sometimes, it had a mind of its own when it wanted to wound I was stuck in it for five minutes before it decided to randomly open its doors again. I did try to use the telephone in the elevator to call but no one answered it. My sister tried to call the front desk and no one answered it It definitely won’t be a place I will return to or recommend Please note two rooms paid in advance for three nights each. Never again.

The hotel is basically ok as I understand I should not expect too much from Best Western. The free airport pick up is the problem. I booked this Best Western only because it provides free airport pick up. I actually caught the shuttle when I arrived but the driver said I have to wait for the next round because he has other jobs. I immediately called the hotel and was informed that another shuttle would come in 20 min. I ended up waiting for 1 hour and 10 min. The same driver showed up in 1 hour and 10 min. Now I conclude "free pickup" will not work in Fort Lauderdale and Miami for the day right before cruise embarkation. I learn this lesson the hard way. I should ignore the "free pickup" service when choosing hotels in Fort Lauderdale.

I turned the TV on, it was not working and each time I went to my room, the key did not work. I had to keep going down to the front desk to get the key scanned. I was frustrated and I've decided to never go back to that Hotel.

Not the quietest hotel I went to, but its alright. Staff not as friendly I am used to, but they did their best. Breakfast room too small for too many people. Would have loved to find a variety of breakfast types snd not the same everyday

We stayed the weekend of March 22-25, 2024. We liked the location of this hotel, and the price/breakfast/refrigerator in room/pool were just what we needed. However, we had many issues during our visit. Over our 3 night stay, our room was not cleaned/beds not made, towels were not refreshed, and trash was not emptied. No attempt, that we know of, was made to clean the room. Also, we rented an electric vehicle since there was a charging device on property. The parking spot was always blocked with gas vehicles, and when we finally got an opportunity to charge the vehicle on Sunday, we were told that there was no manager available all weekend, and the manager had the key to the charging station. There was no attempt to try to make it right or get the key for the device to the property. In addition, the elevators were only working off and on. The breakfast was good, and the staff did the best they could with keeping up, but we were disappointed there was no cold water option (no ice for the room temp water in the jug), other than buying it for 2.50 a bottle. Very disappointed with our stay and no attempt to make the charging issue right.

The room was dirty, there was ants, other bugs and possibly bed bugs. I was itchy. They did not answer the phone, room service did not clean my room or make beds. They never provided body wash. I had to bathe with shampoo. Worst experience ever
