Durant ces périodes, pour assurer la sécurité, notre service est effectué tous les cinq jours ou à votre demande. Concernant la tarification, nous nous engageons à fournir un service à la hauteur des tarifs que nous facturons. La dame a l'entrée pour les conseil d'excursion et ses discussions. La vu de la chambre et magnifique. Il manquait juste un micro-ondes et grille pain dans la chambre car le prix au bistro pour le déjeuner est un trop coûteux.

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. The building was under construction which caused many issues: 1. AC did not work(95 degrees in Ft. Lauderdale and no AC) 2. Great location as far as proximity to the beach but the place is under heavy construction and unsafe for many reasons. There was no safe path to the beach around the construction. The signs that were posted pointed in the wrong direction. Also, they had 4 empty unused EV charges that I would have paid a premium to use but they didn't tell me about them after I told them I was driving an EV. That cost me additionally unnecessary travel time.

Staff was friendly and it was a great location to shops, food and beach. Pool was closed, and they turned the water off two of the 3 days we were there throughout the day. Not exactly convenient when we are on a vacation. The first day we went to take a shower and it was off. We were to have supposed to have gotten a note under the door telling us this, but did not…so our day was definitely rearranged because showers were a must after running and walking all morning. Then it happened again the next day. Just very inconvenient when that happens.

Specifically booked this hotel for pool deck and pool bar with a view of the ocean. This was important as I had limited time due to business mtgs during day and business dinners to capture a little sun. When I checked in, I was notified that the pool deck and pool bar were closed for renovations. Nothing was mentioned of this on Expedia site, and pictures of pool deck/pool bar are displayed. Furthermore, typical access to the beach is through pool deck down stairs to the beach. Due to the renovation you could only access the beach by walking through the neighboring gravel parking lot. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but was not worth the price I paid for the room due to the inconvience. Would have stayed elsewhere due to my time constraints.

The location is the best thing about this property. It certainly can use some updating. The $52.00 a night to park is ridiculous.

As for the parking fee, it is compatible with the standard rates practiced in our area for secured, convenient locations. My wife and I went away for a quick 3-night getaway. The hotel was great and quiet location. We had a corner room location so the views of the beach and the intercostal were awesome!! Walking distance to restaurants and shops on the strip and beach was right across the street (a hop and a skip away)!! There's a bus stop across the street if you want to visit the Galleria Mall, the buss ride is a quick 15-miniute ride and a $2.00 bus fare. We will come back again to this hotel!!

We wish to clarify that all our rooms are furnished with essentials, and any absent items should not be considered the norm. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Didn't like that we couldn't get our room cleaned and when they did they did not clean the bathroom.

We stayed here for a wedding and it was so nice. We enjoyed being right on the beach and able to enjoy all of the sunshine. The views were amazing. We will plan on returning for a family vacation.
