A l’arrivée j'ai essayé d'accrocher mes vêtements mais les cintres en plastique ne supportaient rien . Nous avons réclamé des serviettes de toilette supplémentaires car insuffisantes. Heureusement on nous en a remis d'autres. Il n'y avait pas de savons et shampooing pour deux sauf une petite savonnette. Mais mes lits sont confortables.

De passage à Pompano Beach, l'hôtel a fait son travail, soit de nous offrir un toit pour une nuit. Nous n'avons fait aucune activité spéciale autour. L'hôtel était en rénovation mais ça n'a causé aucun dérangement pour nous. Cependant, la piscie etait fermée. Dommage!

Hôtel délabré. Dans la chambre mobilier cassé, très sale, mauvaise odeur. Accueil très froid, la piscine hors service, le tout dans un quartier peut fréquentable. Ma carte de crédit avait déjà été débitée (140 $) alors que j'avais demandé de payer à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. Le site devrait retirer cet hôtel de ses listes.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The reservation was marked as a no-show because it was not canceled in time. As a result, the room was billed as a no-show and reserved for the entire night, making it non-refundable.

Check in was un welcoming not 10 minutes into entering the room they accused me of smoking in the one of the guys in the front came into the room saying that someone reported smoking in the room how can they tell in a closed room that im smoking in the room i was smoking outside on the porch 2nd there was no control in the room theses people have no shame at all i really dont know what game they are playing like they trying to charge my card for cleaning smoke out the room they should be concern about the prostitution and drug selling in the back of the motel.

Our team is trained to identify insect activity in our guestrooms, however, we rely on the expertise of our professional pest control vendor for final assessment. After complete inspection - to include headboards, all furniture, mattresses, etc. - they did not find any indication of bed bug activity. We are truly sorry for the challenges endured. We do have 100 cameras on site and a security guard for the safety of our guests along with a 24 hour front desk . we also renovated the property less then 1 year ago. post covid we disinfect every room and contact surface everyday and housekeeping is required to change all linens everyday.

This is a warning to anyone checking out this hotel. There were rats fighting in the ceiling at night and rat feces all over the carpet and cupboards. Also I have video of actual bugs crawling around on the carpet. The whole room smelled moldy and musty like they never clean the carpet. Also, the bathroom plumbing didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for the two days that I moved out because of the conditions, and they refused. Very unethical! The front desk chuckled when I told them there was rat feces like it wasn’t knew information.

I understand that you were disrupted in your room as you prepared for sleep, and the discovery was both shocking and unwelcome. I also understand that you alerted our team of the matter, providing the opportunity to correct the situation. Thank you very much, it is not always we have this opportunity. Lastly, I understand that solutions were not recommended to not only ensure your comfort of the remainder of your stay, but to ensure that you would look forward to future stays Please allow me to express my sincere apologies for the discomfort. I am disappointed that this experience was not reflective of the warm, engaging service and historic elegance that Budgetel continuously strives to deliver. We also have a contract with Florida Pest Control who will be looking into this matter.
