“one night stay prior to cruise”

We had visited family in central Florida before starting out cruise. We could not get a room in the first hotel for the night before our cruise. You can ALWAYS count on a Best Western. The room was clean & comfy. Breakfast was included as was the shuttle service to the cruise port the next morning. It is also close to many amenities. In the end we were sorry we hadn't booked both nights in this great Best Western. Good job BW.

“Ft. Laurderdale”

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel staff was extremely gracious. The hotel pool was a nice surpise - decent size and plenty of lounging areas.

“great stay”

We arrived late at night (11.30) and called for a shuttle to the hotel. The shuttle was already in the airport parking area and we hopped aboard. Arrived at the hotel and the check in took maybe five minutes. We were directed to places where we could get a late night snack. We set up a shuttle for the next day to get to our cruise. The shuttle was on time and we were off on our cruise. Room was very clean and the next mornings breakfast was just what we needed. The hotel was close to the airport and to the cruise port. Thanks for a great stay.

“Another airport hotel”

If you are overnighting in Ft. Lauderdale & want to stay close to the airport, this is an O.K. place. The shuttle service is slow, the location is not that close to the airport, but there are no other choices that are closer. Room was clean & comfortable. They have a decent free breakfast bar.

“Was as expected”

We chose the hotel because the shuttle picked us up at the airport and took us to the port the next morning. The continental breakfast was actually quite good. So we felt with the savings in transportation costs and breakfast, the hotel was a bargain. It was clean and comfortable. The area where it is located was not great but you can't have everything!

“Beautiful hotel, difficulties with shuttle service”

Got the wrong directions about which way to go when exiting the airport, waiting for the shuttle. Called the hotel and they were apologetic and someone arrived shortly. We were scheduled the next morning with the 11:30 shuttle to the airport, arrived in lobby at 11:15. Had to ask at the desk for them to call the driver. Shuttle did not arrive until 12:00 noon, luckily we were not late for our plane. Hotel itself was beautiful
