The owner was kind and courteous and I think he takes pride in this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. Our stay was much more Pleasant than we have experienced in a very long time in a budget hotel.

We checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. The room was dirty (stained bedding, toilet, tub) the building had broken exterior glass on the doors, and tape on the door push bars, ripped window screens, air coming in the window at 32 degrees, and it smelled dirty. I did not feel safe so we left.

The breakfast was not what I expected when they said hot breakfast, not may options. The electric did not work in the bathroom the did finally fix it and offered a night free. under construction so things should get better. Wasn't bad for the price. Staff was nice and friendly.

The room was passably clean. Front desk was unmanned checking in & checking out. Manager was visibly irratated when we went to find help. Very bare minimum breakfast. Parking lot was not taken care of. Tv didnt work well.

The hotel desk associate was really nice and talkative. She helped me check in and answered my questions and was really helpful and the maids were friendly, as well. Unfortunately, the room we were in, the AC was broke and flooded the floor. But the hotel desk associate found us another room. I did want to swim in the hot tub, but the water heater was out. But that wasn't the staff's fault.

I was very disappointed by my stay-to the point that we checked out a night early & found a different hotel for our second night in town. We reserved the hotel for my son's birthday. The lady the checked us in was friendly enough, but did not mention that the pool & hot tub were not open(one of the biggest reasons we chose this hotel). Even after I said something about the pool & hot tub, she did not mention it. My kids were very disappointed when we went to go down there after dinner. Then, as we were getting ready for bed, we started noticing yellow stains on the bedding. We checked out the next morning. Overall, pretty disappointed with how our stay went.

I will attempt to be kind…. This is not a very good hotel. We had a 4 night stay planned. We only stayed one night; and then moved to a different hotel. To be fair, the room was pretty clean. But the smoke detector was was missing, a lamp shade was broken, the AC didn’t work great. And inside the hotel was just bad. The hallways looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months. Trash laying around both inside and out. It just seems like a really junky place to stay. We moved to another hotel in similar price range that was MUCH better! We were pleased with other hotel, so we are not just bitter about this hotel

Great other than towels only picked up once entire time of 4 nights. We had to request and then put in basket to get clean ones. From Thursday to Monday was too long. Otherwise very nice place.

Great check-in experience. Heidi was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. I had a special request for accommodations due to a surgery I had and request was met. For the cost the stay was worth it.

The whole facility was not well kept. Our shower did not work and we could not even take a bath as there was no plug for the tub. Ate breakfast one time. the biscuits were hard. Did not eat any more there. The internal lock on the door to our room was loose and not secure.
