"Days Inn is Not bad for older hotel"
This appears to be an older hotel. I am limited to dog friendly. Fortunately my two small dogs, who remain in their cages while in the room, are much better acting than some humans. But I a bit extra for this privilege. Main thing was I did not get a bottom floor for the wife, who has a new hip. Fortunately it was up at the top of the stairs. It was not my favorite hotel, but I would stay again.... but try harder to get the bottom floor. Incidentally, my dogs, once they are show where they to do their bodily functions...make a beeline to that spot... nothing happens until they reach that grassy area, and of course I always pick up the excrement with a plastic bag. Decent continental breakfast there too.

"Pleasantly surprised"
I've always thought that you get what you pay for and, considering the very reasonable price for this room, I really didn't expect much. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has obviously been around for a while but the entire facility was clean and well maintained. The arm on the easy chair in my room was a bit thread-bare but, aside from that, I could find no fault in anything. I think the only amenity that this hotel did not have that my usual hotel does is an iron. Big deal! I've never used the iron and the price was about $35.00 less per night. I have family in the area so I plan to use this hotel whenever I am in town to visit.

"Not handicap accessible"
Asked for a handicap accessible room because our daughter uses a walker. I was told we had an accessible room and when we checked in, our room was on the second floor - with no elevator in the building. We asked for a room on the first floor and was told there was none available. We had to carry our daughter and the walker up the stairs. The room was clean but definitely not accessible.

"Nice low cost motel"
Nice clean Super-8. They had a covered entry way by the lobby which was great for loading our overpacked car during a rainstorm. Nice folks ran the place.
