Usually pretty good place, average and clean. There is an elderly lady working the front desk, brunette and long hair. She needs some lessons in customer service. She’s rude and condescending. Perhaps it wasn’t a good day for her.

Unreasonable Policy
I was traveling in the area and had to stop because of the weather. I booked online but unfortunately chose the wrong location in a neighboring city. I called right away to cancel but my request was denied. I considered driving there but the weather conditions were hazardous, so I paid for a night at another AmericInn location. I am a regular AmericaInn customer, and was extremely disappointed by their decision to deny my refund request. Would definitely not recommend.

A quiet location. Have stayed here for 4 years now on trips though the area. Hot tub is always out of order, yet had water in it. Pool water was cooler this time, had been warmer and nicer before. Bed blankets that are between the cover and sheet are looking pretty worn. Breakfast is average.

All the staff was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was so perfect. The design was a living room separated by a bathroom and the large room with jacuzzi tub. Tub did not work but staff tried to fix it. It was so close to the breakfast which was delicious and the pool. We even thought about just coming back just to go to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was so clean.

Staff was unfriendly and couldn't give the time of day. The room smelled wet and mildewy, with a touch of weird industrial perfume that you would smell in cat litter. Couldn't turn the AC up, beds were advertised as Queen but we're not queens, they were full and too tiny for two people to sleep on. Also mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.
