Great experience. Hotel provided extra amenities that were requested. Friendly staff. Nice pool and view.

“Would most likely go back to this property”

A bit of confusion on arrival as we paid for a room "with a balcony and partial ocean view' and was placed in a room with a pool view. When questioned, we were moved to a handicapped room, despite being able bodied. Finally moved to a room as requested and paid for. Not certain who was at fault, but all was eventually corrected. Excellent location, hotel is just a little tired, and not up to the typical North American Westin's as I have stayed in. Duval St. and sunset pier are steps away; convenient to airport.
