Amazing view and hotel.Posted 9-Jul-2014
The hotel is beautiful the staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing got me surprise was that they have two buildings one too register and the other were the rooms for the guests and a pool. The hotel is near to restaurants and store's to shop around other then that everything was great. The room we got was on the second floor and got an amazing view of the ocean and little island's. My family enjoyed it very much.I will recommend this hotel to very one.

Pros: Pet friendly and good location
Cons: elevator needs cleaning and deodorizing . Housekeeping was rude. Kept asking what date we were checking out ( over 5 times in 2 days).
We spent the holiday weekend in the keys and enjoyed our stay at the Westin. We loved that it was small dog friendly with clean grass and baggies available . The hotel is centrally located and we found the property to be very peaceful even being so close to Duvall St. Parking is a breeze in the lot but beware of the daily charge. The rooms were clean , however the hall passageways and the elevators were far from clean. Room service was prompt with occasional mix ups in the order.

In the middle of every thing!Posted 5-Jul-2014
Awesome hotel! In the middle of all attractions. Only down fall was the bent to the ac is on your balcony. So when you sit outside to watch the sunrise or the ocean it gets pretty hot!

Great location.Posted 4-Jul-2014
Loved stay at the Westin. One problem: the pool was closed one day due to vandalism, but staff graciously comped us for it.

Nice hotel but not a resort.Posted 23-Jun-2014
Pros: Excellent staff and nice rooms. The Bistro is excellent with great food and drinks menu.
Cons: The rooms with Ocean View should be clearly described and the use of the phrase of resort is deceptive as it was open to public and not private.
Location: Great location in Key West, next to Mallory Square. The bar is great for watching the sunset. Plenty of watersport opportunities and museums.
This is a great location near to the marina and sunset area of Key West. However, the hotel is spread across a busy area of Key West and lot of public about. Excellent staff, very friendly. My initial room was an upgrade to an Ocean View, however it was a ground floor room next to a bar and obscured by people walking past as this is next to the main pedestrian area. I had a room move to overlooking the marina which was more interesting. There was an noise issue on the second day due to building works in the shop below my room. There was a significant extra daily 'resort charge' which I felt was for extras that are normally complementary in many hotels of this class - not value for money as the internet access kept dropping out depending on where I was in the room.
