A part la marina en bas de l hotel, il n y a rien qui vaut le detour. Fuyez cet etablissement, le personnnel n est pas aimable, la climatisation est trop bruyante il faut l eteindre pour dormir.

The property is older and needs some maintenance like tile grout, painting, working doors and window shades but has its charm. Well located, marine frontage, tiki bar and great pool area. My dissatisfaction comes from an event when a homeless person was outside my room after hours raising a commotion. I called the front desk, after hours # and security and no assistance or follow through. I had property stolen and reported it to management and no response. Other paying guest also had issue with this person and also had no response from management. After four wonderful days and no issues, I was left feeling unsafe, uneasy and violated. Never got my property back and management never acknowledged by 6 messages I left about the matter.

The first thing I noticed was the smell when I open the door of the unit. Overwhelming smell of some sort of cleaner. Unfortunately, I couldn’t open the doors and windows because there were holes in the screens and a homeless person roaming around on the balconies with a cart. I was greeted by a roach in the bathtub, you know, one of the small ones to let you know there’s a whole family nearby. The refrigerator and ceiling fan both made very loud noises, I had to unplug the refrigerator in the middle of the night. Smell was so overpowering that my eyes were swollen when I woke up the next morning. The louvered doors to the closets were covered with dust. The bathtub and Shower unit has clearly not been updated since the place was built. Mildew in the cracks and seams. Do not recommend…

We loved this place !! Very charming location near beautiful yachts and Skippers Restaurant is maybe 50' away located on the pier as well with a beautiful look down the canal !! Romantic to say the least !!! And to the east end of the property is another restaurant with live entertainment as well . Comfortable beds , very clean , unique beautiful setting and the breakfast sandwich in the morning is off the charts great !!!! 😋 We will be back for sure !!!!

We had to park at the next building because there was not sufficient parking at our building. The staff did not speak clear English and were hard to understand. There was a restaurant with live music on the property and you had a choice of three pools to enjoy with a full breakfast at an adjoining hotel for a fee. The property and the room were clean and the room was comfortable.

It has very good amenities, Parking is included, you can go the pool at the hotels close by witch is very nice the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful… However there is not curtains to cover the sun so I was waking up right when the sun was coming up and every morning there was someone picking up the garbage not in a quite way I could hear everything since 7 am just smashing the bags in a golf car, the room they gave us was okay , I do think they should remodel them Just so they look a little newer. It was not very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the Marina Del Mar Resort, it is a little older, but that really didn't matter to us. We enjoyed the Marina, it's beautiful along with the outdoor space with the pools and bar. It also was very family oriented there, and overall we would come back again. We did wish there was a second elevator for the other side of the resort, and the parking was okay. Theres a huge parking lot, but it is a little bit of a walk if you have bags and stuff. Other than that it was a beautiful place to stay.

This hotel was ok. Not the best, but not the worst. The beds were terrible as were the pillows. The showers/ bathrooms are very old/ dated. The room however was very clean and location was pretty nice for just a quick couple night getaway. The parking is limited and we had to park quite a distance from our room. The view was nice. The breakfast was ok. It was complimentary so we didnt expect much. It was nice to be able to grab a quick bite and go.

Nice location. Few dining options. The room would be fine if it was cleaner and updated. It was large and had a small kitchen .Overall a good stay. Pool looked nice even though i didn't get any time to use it. The place just needs some remodeling and better cleaning.

Pool was excellent warm and plenty of lounge chairs. Spa only had 1 jet working but was ok. Room was large and had full size fridge and coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. Marina view was nice. Overall I would recommend it and would stay again.
