“Great unique hotel in the keys!”
A charming, unique hotel! We slept on a transformed boat! It was a very laid-back, calm environment. It may not be adequate for demanding people looking for modern surroundings, but if you are just looking to spend a nice relaxing weekend snorkeling and watching the sunset in the keys, then this is the place for you. Very convenient location too!

“Marathon Floating Motel”
What a unique experience, staying on a boat!
“Definately going back!”
Although there were some slight issues I would definately go back. The staff is friendly when you can find them! Everyday there were fresh towels and it was cleaned. It was beautiful on the water. It was a little hard to find the place, GPS took us to another marina. I guess that happens often, but the other marina staff did not know where it was either. So if you are planning on going look for the big blue sign with the name on it. It will be on your left. My husband and I are already planning our next trip!

stayed in a bungalow-style room. spacious, clean, air conditioned, and parked right next to it. Only issue was poor water pressure in the shower, otherwise no problemo.
“Campy fun, novelty”
We stayed on one of the boats. It was fun, but don't go expecting your typical hotel stay. It's not nearly as cramped as we thought it might be, but there are still steps etc. We were at the end of our honeymoon and this was a fun novelty. No idea what the extra charged fee is, it will cost more than you think based on the price unless they change that. But still quite possibly the cheapest room we could get that night. Clean enough, comfortable enough, honestly the bed was horrid but for one night to stay on a boat on the honeymoon to Key West, it was fine. Imagine the sunrise woulda been nice on chairs out front. Yeah, we slept.

“WORST HOTEL”
The hotel was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. There was no customer service and the front desk was always closed. The only time someone is available there is during check out at 11 am and checkin at 3pm.
“One of the worst places ever”
I am unhappy with my stay at this dirty, expensive, false advertising place they called a resort.The fishing dock was full of boats and wasnt easy to fish off of. The fridge wasnt clean,the floors looked like they havent been mopped in along time.There was a stained towel in the bathroon and I wore my flip flops n the shower due to the non cleanlyness.I used my own towels. The bed was uncomfortable and didnt sleep well. There was bugs in the room and when I called the office to complain,the front desk man laughed and acted like oh well. I feel like I wasted money and should get something for the horrible stay. :(
“Not Nice!”
It wasn't very clean, It smelled musty, and the easy chair in the corner had an old bed spread thrown over it for a cover. I could have overlooked some of this had the bed been comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It is a nice idea, but the room needed to be completely redone.
