“Can't wait to go back”

This hotel although off the main strip was a comfortable, clean and friendly. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. The cheekie bar which stays open to 6-7 also has food for guests. This does close at 5:30, so no service after that. The continental breakfast conisted of a nice variety of food.

for personal preferance could have had a firmer mattress, although this is a personel preferance. would pick this hotel again great breakfast, good service and nice clean rooms

“a relaxing hotel away from the crazy streets of duval”

My husband and i enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the pool area. The hotel is located in the quiter side of town with lots to do just a few miles away. The hotel staff was very helpfull in booking our adventures for the week.

If you're looking for a clean hotel that's a great value, this is your choice. great service, great continental breakfast, clean hotel. if you're looking for the Four Seasons, this isn't for you, but if you're looking for a nice place at a great rate, then this is a great choice. 15 minutes from downtown Key West.

“Would go back”

Liked the location being across from the boardwalk and ocean and quiet away from the downtown area. Just wish there were more food options nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was meticulously kept. Bed was the most comfortable we ever slept on at a hotel.

The staff was very friendly, the room very clean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful with a nice tiki bar. We had stayed there 3 years ago, and would go back again. It is a good affordable choice off the main strip but close enogh to enjoy it.

“Glorious sunrise, great vacation!”

Check in was good, when we got to the room, it was designated wheel chair accessible, which meant it was "roomy" which was GREAT! However, the shower was a bit awkward because of being "accessible". Perhaps that's normal for being accessible, I don't know. We were just several doors away from the continental breakfast room which was nice, and there were many choices for food unless you arrived towards the end of the breakfast time. One of the Tolley stops was right at the hotel which was very convenient. I would suggest using it and/or having a rental car to get to the tourist-y part of Key West. The hotel faces the ocean side. If you get up early enough and cross the street, you will see the most beautiful sunrise! It was gloriously spectacular! Smathers Beach is also quite close and was very nice. The pool are was good but cool when there was a breeze. This hotel is very close to the airport, which I found quite convenient, but if you don't like the sound of airplaines, stay away from Key West. I personally didn't mind it a bit.

all staff, were very friendy, except for female bartender,rude and not friendly, tiki bar was very relaxing and fun when bartender ISICK was working he makes the stay a pleasure and when we return we will stay there again.

“Beautiful view from the second floor”

Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The Screened in balconey with a beautiful view of the water was the best. The service was excellent. The pool was busy with lots of families durring the day, I only wish the pool stayed open past 9 pm. Otherwise a great destation for romance or for family. I was also very happy to find out when we arived that the side of the island we were on is the quiet side. The loud parties are on duval street.
