Pros: Large rooms
Cons: More room furniture, not enough light, no mini refrigerator and not enough parking.
Was disappointed in the hotel. Lobby and decor was nice, but the hotel was not worth the higher priced rates. It felt like a new hotel that just opened and they didn't have their act together yet. Front desk service was slow to greet (even though there were two present) and not very helpful or friendly.

Relaxing getaway

Location: Lorelai's to watch the sunset and eat dinner
The hotel was clearly just renovated. Our room was very spacious. Breakfast in the lobby was fresh and delicious. LOVED my stay I would definitely come back again.

Great hotel close to the ocean

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Nice hotel but you have to climb down a ladder on the beach to get into the ocean. More of a boat dock than a sandy beachfront. Beware of the ice machine, the ice buckets are metal & it makes a very loud noise when you fill it. Ask for a room away from the ice machine

Modern chic hotel with perfect location

Posted 22-Jul-2015
We chose this hotel because it was a decent price and it looked updated. We are so happy we did. The room was perfect! The bed was so comfortable. We lived having a balcony. It faced the parking lot but we could still see the beach. The staff was always welcoming and accommodating. They were still going through renovations bit it never impacted our stay. They've done a beautiful job. We only ate here once. The food was very expensive. There are so many options to eat around the key. Try midway cafe for breakfast and lunch or lazy says for dinner.

Great Location/Newly Renovated

Posted 10-Jul-2015
Pros: walking distance to marina and charter fishing, walking distance to Lazy Days restaurant, newly renovated, comfortable, friendly staff
Cons: restaurant a little pricey; one course should not be served before everyone finished with previous course; plates should not be cleared until everyone
Location: see what I liked
Had stayed previously when a Hampton Inn because of proximity to Bud n Mary's Marina. It was a bonus that the hotel has been renovated and cleaned up. The new restaurant has good food, a bit pricey, and the service left a little to be desired as it felt rushed. A better restaurant is Lazy Days, a short walk from there.

Great stay!

Posted 9-Jul-2015
Staff waived our resort fee! Very beautiful resort. Free parking. Food is a little pricey and the beach that was behind the hotel wasn't that great but there were other places (Anne's beach, etc) nearby that were perfect! No fridge in the room but aside from these minor things we enjoyed our stay! Definitely would come back!

Comfortable

Posted 6-Jul-2015
Pros: Amazing decoration and the hotel scent is super relaxing. The room is great.
Cons: They could improve their kitchen. The food is no good.
Location: Nice locationl
The Staff is very nice. The concierge is out of this world! My congratulations to them. I didn't like the breakfast that much. In general the food is not that good and it is kind of expensive. I paid $246.00 a night so I was expecting a little fridge inside the room. I really think it is a flaw not having one.

The resort will be awesome once the renovation is complete . The folks at sea monkeys were really nice and helpful with kayak rental. Hope to go back and stay there again.
