"We enjoyed our stay at The Standard. It’s a great property in a very good location with easy access to the High Line and River parks. Due to this, however, it is fairly expensive. We stayed on the 9th floor and had a great view of the Hudson. Music could be heard from the Brass Monkey bar below but it wasn’t terribly loud where we were. The room was small but we didn’t need much space and the bed was comfortable. Only odd thing was the shower would spray water all over the bathroom floor, meaning you’d be standing in a puddle to brush your teeth. Overall a great experience! "
