“This was absolutely fantastic! Service amazing. Definite value for money!”

This is a fantastic hotel. The service was amazing. location opposite SMN station in florence. Tricky to find it as only small blue panel by glass entrance. But once inside it is spotless, big and fantastic. The cleaners were great, let us have a lie in and re stocked the food everyday! In our suite we had 2 of everything including 2 bathroom!!! Definite value for money. Breakfast was also fantastic. And they let you take breakfast upto your room! so you could save snacks for later in the fridge. Just a walk away from all the sights of florence. I was there for a wedding so I know quite a few people staying in various hotels and this was definitely the best. If you go to florence then you must stay here. I would definitely go again!

This hotel was fantastic! we only stayed for one night but boy did we love this place. we had 2 bathrooms- beautiful and clean, a jacuzzi, 2 plasma tvs, a seating area- very comfortable sofa and dining table, a nice comfortable bed and views looking onto the main road. the hotel is located right next to the station which is very handy. a little tricky to find as u can easily walk past it but great nonetheless. the decor was lovely - contemporary and clean.

bien situé, près de la gare, propre et très vaste. par contre extrêmement bruyant( on est réveillé très tôt par les bruits de la rue)La suite est assez grande pour 4 personnes!

“Beau bien situé et immense”

Magnifique trop grand mais après d'autres petites chambres ce fut extrêmement agréable, bien situé à côté de la gare vraiment à côté parfait si vous avez des enfants ou si vous êtes deux couples. C'est un appartement contemporain! les salles de bain sont magnifiques, le défaut le bruit de la rue mais j'y retournerais demain. Vraiment bien situé pour marcher Florence ! Si vous sortez ne manquez pas les steaks à la FLorentine chez Ciro's !!!!!

“A Florentine Gem”

The Waldorf Suites in Florence, just outside the SMN Railway Station is perfect in every way. The location is ideal and easy to find, the staff were very friendly and the room that we had for the period from September 22 to 25 was big and very comfortable. For any future trips to Florence this will be our choice for accommodation without any questions.

“Great Find.”

This hotel is across the road from the train station. If you don't live in a downtown environment the night noises may bother you, that is, youth partying etc. The hotel is quite modern and spacious. They have "suite rooms" available. Breakfast is included and is typical but hearty cold breakfast. The bathroom is huge, as big as some hotel rooms I have been in. The noise does not bother me. I would stay here again noting the price and location.

Très spacieux. Peut convenir à une famille de 4 personnes. 2 salles de bains, 2 télés, un coin kichnette mais il faut apporter sa vaisselle.

De l'extérieur on ne suppose pas l'intérieur. La chambre (plutôt suite) était très spacieuse et décorée avec bcp de gout. Nous étions 2 mais serait parfait pour une famille de 4: 2 adultes et 2 enfants car il y a 2 chambres séparées, 2 sdb (avec baignoires toutes les deux!), et même une kitchenette. Le personnel (accueil, bar, resto) y est très aimable, disponible et à l'écoute. Très bonne situation : près de la gare centrale et des bus: à 10 minutes de la piazza dei Signori.

We stayed in this hotel six nights in a classic suite,which was bigger than the average two bed flat in London.Beautifully decorated,very clean with crispy white linen and towels changed daily.We had two bathrooms- one with jacuzzi and shower,the other with shower. What a luxury!!! The hotel is within a walking distance of all the attractions,you don't need any transport to move around.If you want to visit Siena or other Tuscan towns the SITA bus stop is next to the hotel.The staff at the reception speaks good English and is very helpful.The breakfast was included in the price-huge and you are spoiled for choice.There are road works in front of the hotel,but to be honest with the windows double glazed you can not hear a thing.We strongly recommend this hotel to everybody.This was our best accomodation ever,and we will be back.
