“In Florence only one hotel Villa Carlotta”

Had a fantastic stay out of season for a long weekend, for my partners birthday, the hotel put a bottle of champer's and two glasses in our room without even being asked a really nice touch i thought. Room was super clean at all times and staff really helpful and all spoke really good english. Hotel in really quite surroundings but easy walking distance of main areas of Florence. cant praise this hotel high enough, and iv'e stayed in a few.

“Villa carlotta à Florence, hotel charmant, d'un grand confort, disposant d'un parking,”

Villa Carlotta est un hotel absolument charmant, dans un cadre verdoyant, à proximité du centre de Florence. Les chambres sont luxueuses, la salle du petit déjeuner en véranda très agréable. De plus, l'hotel dispose d'un parking gratuit (pas très grand, mais très pratique !). Situation très calme.

“Villa Carlotta - excellent”

The hotel is on the other side of the river from most of the main attractions but its only about a 20 min leisurely walk to the Ponte Vecchio, and its worth it. The hotel is in a leafy suburb, and there are a few cafes and bars around, plus not far from Santo Sprito and other areas with great restaurants and nightlife. The staff are very helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms clean and with all the facilities you would require eg bathroom, hairdryer, tv, mini bar, safe etc. We had one of the smaller rooms, but it was more than adequate, and had a lovely big balcony. Breakfast is included and is a continental buffet, and the restaurant was good - we ate there once. We have stayed in Florence before and couldnt sleep because of the noise of motorbikes and traffic, but this hotel is in a quiet location and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

“Floretine comfort”

A beautiful hotel in the quiet south of Florence. It had been refurbished to its original splendour. We felt very welcome and had a most comfortable stay. It is a 20 min walk into Florence so not for the faint hearted non walker.

“Florence's best hotel”

Hotel was excellent, staff friendly, food good, room condition excellent and location ideal for a quiet relaxing stay. Walk into town about 15 minutes, but nice to walk out of busy city centre into quiet leafy suburb of hotel location. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
