“Ok but not what expected”

We booked this at the last minute and thought we were going to be in the hotel itself and that a breakfast was included however when we arrived we were in an apt. that was in a side alley and we were told that it would be E15 per person if we wanted the breakfast (that's like $22!) since we were in the apt and not the hotel. That apt. was ok, but we had to use 3 different sets of keys to get to it and we had to go up stairs to get to the bedroom and downstairs to get to the bathroom--not convenient for those nighttime trips!!! On the plus side, it had an amazing balcony that looked out over the city and it was convenient to the train station.

“Résidenze Dal Borgo à Florence”

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel sauf pour la situation géographique. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais bien une résidence, pour l'hôtel qui est 4* et un autre bâtiment, il faut payer beaucoup plus cher. Elle est bien située mais c'est le seul bon côté qu'elle a. La description sur Expédia n'est pas conforme à ce que nous avons vu. La chambre était propre mais le frigo, l'internet et l'air climatisée ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons dû aller dans le lobby de l'hôtel qui est située sur une rue adjacente pour avoir accès à internet. La douche était trop chaude et incapacité d'ajuster la température de l'eau. Il n'y a pas de coin cuisinette et aucun balcon qui donne sur la cour intérieur. Par contre, la fenêtre avec volet donne sur la cour intérieure mais la vue n'est pas des plus agréables. Il n'y a aucun service à la chambre, des serviettes qui sont aussi minces qu'un linge à vaisselle et un seul rouleau de papier de toilette, pour 3 jours à 2 personnes, ce n'est pas suffisant. Le personnel de l'hôtel est gentil. Quand j'ai fait les commentaires à mon départ, on m'a dit que j'aurais dû venir les voir avant afin qu'ils puissent me changer de chambre mais je ne sais pas comment ils auraient fait puisque l'hôtel était plein pour la fds. De plus, le premier soir, nous sommes venus à la réception pour aviser que l'Internet ne fonctionnait pas et la seule alternative que nous avions était de l'utiliser dans le lobby.... Donc pour un changement de chambre, je pense que c'est facile à dire.
