The place was great, the rooms and beds were comfortable. Driving into downtown is a bit of a pain, but it is not far. Breakfast had lots of options.

We booked two rooms and were lucky to get them opposite each other. Very nice bathrooms and the beds were really comfortable to sleep in. The rooms were spacious and with all the amenities that we needed, for instance, it came with a fridge and a safe. The staff were really helpful and gave some great advice on where to park and get the tram into Florence. They also gave other recommendations to day trips that really paid off. We would definitely come back to this hotel as at exceeded our expectations.

Rundown but convenient
The staff was friendly and helpful but the room was in terrible conditions. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the carpet of the room right when you walked in the door. The walls had scuff marks on them. The air conditioning unit didn’t work until someone came up to manually reset the thermostat after multiple calls with the front desk trying different restart options. Nevertheless, helpful, kind staff who arranged a taxi for me to pick-me up for my early morning flight.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our stay with our one year old was very comfortable. Only complaint is the bathroom door is useless. It is see through with a massive gap against the wall, leaving zero privacy.

The hotel was clean and well maintained with pleasant air conditioning. The staff was exceptional. We had a small issue with our door and maintenance came up immediately and fixed it. The hotel was also very convenient, as it is close to the airport.

It was perfect from the start. The gal working front desk was so welcoming. The room was clean and very comfortable. They called and had the taxi ready for us at 0530. Couldn’t have been better. FYI had spaghetti from the restaurant on site. Delicious. Highly recommend.

Didnt get the room with the bed and pull out bed i reserved. First room had bo pull out. Went back down and got moved to a roo. With 3 w Twin beds that hadnt been through the remodel process yet. When we got back from toen they had to reset the power as none of the outlets was working.

The towers were old and dirty, I won’t even use them to clean my floor. Terrible place, never stay here again. I stayed in many other Novotel hotels around the world, this is the worst.

Pleasant stay, we were able to extend check-out until 3PM, but made the mistake of opening the window and mosquitoes moved in or the night!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Hotel was okay though I’ve stayed in many better Accor hotels. Room was rather tired & well worn. Cigarette burns in carpet etc. Although advertised as airport hotel it’s on the other side of the terminal and taxi to airport was same price as taxi from town. I’d give this hotel a miss next time.
