“A small gem in the center of Firenze”

This hotel is a wonderful value for the price. Very spacious room, comfortable bed, and the place is conveniently located, a short walk from the train station and most of the places of interest in Florence. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff!

“The real Florence”

Hotel staff was very helpful. Morning breakfast was 5 Euros extra, but worth it. I had a room with shared bathroom. It was clean and well maintained. All the staff spoke English. The location was fabulous. Next to Medici Chapel and a five munite walk to the bus/train station. Many good restaurants nearby.

“Great base location in Florence”

The hotel is at an excellent location in Florence, close and with in walking distance to everything! The staff at reception were friendly and ready to help with maps and tips on visiting Florence. There were many cafes and restaurants close by, and the market is literally just around the corner with in 2 min walk. Although we had a double room, the double bed was made up of what seemed like 2 single mattresses, and there was a groove in the middle of the bed, sleeping in the groove was a little uncomfortable at times, the floor could be sweeped more carefully too, one of the wheels on my suit case became jammed because of the hairs on the floor which I've had to pick out. In saying that, the bathroom was very clean. Overall, the price couldn't be better for the location!

“Nice hotel”

This is a nice hotel. The staff was really helpful and pleasant and explained everything very well. It is difficult to find a quadruple room in Europe. This room served our purpose but one of the double beds was quite small. Otherwise, there is a bar downstairs and there was some noise, but it did not last very late. Overall, a nice hotel.
