Nice place. Served its purpose
We had a one-night stay in Florence before heading to Rome and wanted something close to everything, but at a fair price. This placed served its purpose. The staff was nice and helpful. Our Deluxe apartment was on the fourth floor. It had all of the amenities you could expect and was comfortable. The only issue was that the shower was the smallest I have ever been in. I couldn't bend over.

nice, modern apartment type space thumbs up!
modern small apartment type set up with separate kitchen and living room area. Only issues were a hit and miss wifi signal... and very small twin beds... but this was one of my favorite places we stayed in all of Italy... and it was an easy walk to the museums, Domo and other areas of Firenza...

Great location and facilities with the car parking
The apartments are really well equipped with everything you need. The downside was the mattress was far too hard which caused us so much discomfort. Also although we were on the 3rd floor the bar outside was noisy until late each evening. WiFi could have been stronger as it dropped out in the evenings.

Purely brilliant
Our trip was superb! We loved the location and the secure parking. The male host on the front desk was more than helpful. Make sure you take up the free bike rental - saves the footwork! We just didn't get the room cleaned or new towels for our whole stay, but we would go back.

Below summary of this nice apartment. In short, this apartment is highly recommended! Plus: - Spacious apartment with all facilities. - Very clean - Friendly staff - Free parking Minus: - parking might be a small issue for big cars - wifi signal is weaker at apartment end/corner - a bit far to sightseeeing area on foot (20+ mins) but it is possible to take bus (5-7 mins to bus station)

Eh, I wouldn’t stay here again.
My first impression of this place is not good. Customer service onsite at the property is seriously lacking. Prior to checking in everyone was really nice. I got here and my room smelled rank and disgusting, although the person checking me in agreed that the room smelled bad, he basically told me to deal with it until the smell airs out and they can get someone in to fix it. The person coming to fix it would have come the next day. Since nothing could be done to fix the smell, I threatened to check in to another hotel then and only then did another suite become available. Insanity! Also, it’s important to confirm that you are getting what you are reserving, there is a listing for a suite with a balcony which is obviously more expensive, once you get to the property they tell you that you don’t have a suite with balcony room and the advertisement is wrong (again you are expected to just get over it and deal with it). This place takes absolutely no accountability for the condition of their apartments nor the advertisements of their listings. My experience makes me question the high ratings this place has received. Honestly, if I were to do it again I’d save myself the headache and get a hotel in the center with a nice view. There is a restaurant downstairs from the property, which is very convenient. However, when the restaurant burns food you can smell it in the building. Also, if you have a room in the front of the hotel when the patrons leave the restaurant it seems

Was our halfway point in our travels, so the laundry option was very appreciated. Very comfortable apartment in a lovely neighborhood I did not know existed in 3 previous trips to Florence. Perfect if travelling by car.

Great place for staying in Florence
Nice apartment outside of the ZTL zone and walking distance to most of the attractions. They have parking onsite for each apartment, each apartment is also very big and spacious. Only issue we had was a weird odor in the apartment that was coming from the fan in the toilet.

Excellent, large apartment that worked well for our needs. Late check-in was simple with a combination lock box. Parking was easy and secure. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay though I reduced my review level a little because the bathroom and one area of the kitchen was a bit dirty when we arrived. Though I do not reduce the level of review for the following, it's might be helpful to those reading the reviews to know that cooking items were limited (no paper towels, only 1 kitchen towel, only one small baking pan), and that this unit has an induction oven. I had brought things to bake while there that wouldn't work in that type of oven. The included microwave was nice.

They staff was really nice. The apartment was very good but needs some small/regular maintenance. The beds were way to stiff even though I like stiff mattresses. The parking garage was great. The proximity to the center of town is better than I thought on beforehand.

We stayed here for 3 nights and although the room and location was great we were placed on the first floor. Beware if you end up on 1st floor there is a restaurant right below. You can hear everything from the chairs and table being moved, banging and loud and sometimes drunk customers standing on the streets. The 3 nights we were there we weren’t able to sleep till at least 1-2am in the morning and they reopen for breakfast around 10am. The food there is amazing however. Overall the place was nice and about 20-30 mins walk from all the hot spots but if you prefer to drive or taxi it’s about 9 mins. They also have washer and dryer machines available for about 6-7 euro for each machine. The staff are also very nice.

The apartment was in a good location and did provide free parking which is a plus! It would have been nice to have heat in the rooms as a cold front went through during our stay. Additionally, since international travelers stay in these apartments, it would have been nice to have international news channels in the cable tv package.

Beautiful apartments, right outside of the limited traffic zone (i.e. walking distance of Firenze downtown). We arrived in a particularly hot day in winter, and A/C was not available (only heating), so it was a bit uncomfortable. Parking is great. Riccardo was especially kind and helpful, and allowed us to have an early checkin. Apartments comprise 2 floors, and bedrooms are upstairs (sleeping lofts), no elevator available.

The entire experience with our stay at La Farina Apartments was excellent!! Riccardo and his staff made our stay enjoyable and they were very helpful in answering our questions, making our late arrival check-in a smooth process and with helping us arrange tours. It was also awesome that right at the front of La Farina is an excellent top-quality restaurant (Don Fefe) where we ate no less than five times in the eight days we were in Florence.

Great modern apartment with full facilities, air con throughout and private off-road parking (outside TZL zone). Only downside is about 20min walk to centre of city, however free use of bikes to get in if you’re up to the challenge!! Overall highly recommended with friendly & helpful staff.

Bikes the way to get around!
Comfortable. Check in very helpful with good English. Loaned us bikes to use while we were there and that was fantastic for getting around Florence. Close to transport for getting to train and bus. Would stay there again.

Great comfortable environmentally conscious hotel
We booked this hotel because we needed a place with free parking. The location is about a 15-20 min walk to the city center (never drive into the city center, you will be slapped with exorbitant fines). We never had trouble walking to any major landmarks. There were 2 grocery stores and a tobacco shop within 3 block radius from the hotel, which was very convenient. Since this is an apartment with a fully equipped kitchen we made breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The apartment is quite spacious, we were in a 1 bedroom. Bathroom was large (including bidet), there was a dressing area/walk-in closet in the bedroom. We stayed here for 6 nights, and I have to say I LOVE that this hotel is ACTUALLY environmentally conscious. This place kept true to their word. And I say this with the most utmost respect and am very glad that they did not come to clean and change towels every day. They came one time during our 6 night stay and I was VERY happy about that. If this something that bothers you, don't stay here, but I personally thought it was refreshing and wonderful. We are expected to wash our own dishes (there's a dishwasher) and to take out the trash, but other than that, it was a very comfortable stay and I did not feel over burdened by "chores". Garage is very tight with a very steep incline at exit/entrance. But there is a gas station conveniently located nearby. Overall was a very comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend for families or if you're renting a car.
