Dear guests, In this country people that are not register and specially people that don't pay their staying can't sleep in hotels. You booked a room for 2 but wanted to sleep in 3 or 4, of course without paying and without telling us. The two man did their job perfectly,walking in your room because one of you was hidden somewhere, the other one asking the 3rd person to pay her night staying. We think that if there is something to don't recommend that is uour behavior.

DEAR GUEST, FIRSTABLE REMEMBER THAT YOU HAVE BOOKED THE CHEAPEST ROOM OF THE HOTEL. ABOUT THE SCARY AREA, WE WERE SCARED OF YOUR BEHAVIOR AND FOR THIS REASON HAD ALWAYS TO BE 2 ON DUTY. TO HAVE FRANKENSTEIN IN THE HOTEL WOULD HAVE BEEN MORE RELAXING FOR US. THE BED WAS VERY BIG AND COMFORTABLE, THE PROBLEM WAS YOUR RELATION WITH THE BED...BUT WE UNDERSTAND THE BED...PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE ANYMORE

DEAR SIRS, THIS IS THE LIST OF WHAT YOU HAD INSIDE YOUR ROOM TO KEEP YOU HOT: -5 BLANKETS -HEATING 10 HOURS A DAY -1 ELECTRIC STOVE WORKING ALL THE TIME THE REAL PROBLEM IS THAT YOU WANTED TO SLEEP ON THE BED AND NOT INSIDE LIKE ALL NORMAL PEOPLE, BUT THIS COMPLAIN COMES BECAUSE YOUR BEHAVIHOR WAS ABSOLUTELY WRONG AND NOT EDUCATED AND WE HAD TO TELL YOU. SMOKING INSIDE YOUR ROOM, COOKING AND EATING STILL INSIDE YOUR ROOM (POWER WAS ALWAYS GOING OUT) , FIGHTING WITH EACHOTHER ALL THE TIME CAUSING TROUBLES TO THE OTHER GUESTS BECAUSE OF THE NOISE YOU WERE DOING. THE SMELL YOU LEFT INSIDE YOUR ROOM WAS TERRIBLE AND COULDN'T SELL IT FOR 1 WEEK. PLEASE DON'T BOOK A ROOM AGAIN IN OUR HOTEL BECAUSE OTHERWISE WE WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE HYGIENE BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE.

Buongiorno,lei ha prenotato una camera singola con bagno privato esterno,la camera più economica dell'hotel in un periodo di bassissima stagione dove le camere con bagno o addirittura le doppie con bagno, costavano pochi spiccioli in più. Detto questo,è lei che ha voluto il bagno in camera al check-in una volta accorto del suo errore, e sempre lei ha voluto pagare GIUSTAMENTE il supplemento per avere una camera con il bagno in camera. quindi ora di cosa si lamenta? La invitiamo in futuro di guardare e leggere bene prima di prenotare un hotel,perchè nel nostro caso c'è una camera con bagno esterno ma privato,ma in altri hotel di pari categoria il bagno è addirittura in comune.
