We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly during our 8 day stay. Elby was the night desk clerk and was extremely helpful. He arranged for two tours for us and offered suggestion on other activities throughout our stay. The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had plenty of storage. We used the hotel safe in the room. The hotel was located very near the train station. Our room included breakfast at a resturant attached to the hotel. The food was fresh and the staff was very friendly. We were so pleased with our choice. We would definately stay here again when visiting Florence.

We had a very nice 2-night stay. On the day of departure, we checked out early and was able to store our luggage in a secure room until we finished our itinerary. Would recommend.

Nafiza and Monicha were excellent and extremely hospitable. Nafiza made the best cappuccino and lattes as well as offered great local places to visit. Front desk Romy gave us great recommendations to eat. The best part out of all our stays this hotel changed heater to AC. Amazing!!!

I enjoyed my 2-night stay here. The staff at the reception was very helpful. He provided me with a map with the attractions, and showed me how to get there after I checked in. This location is excellent as it’s about 5 min walk from the train station. The room is clean and comfortable. There is also breakfast included, which is awesome.

Very accommodating staff
This hotel is close to the train station. It's centrally located and very easy to get to and from all the sites the city has to offer. The room was comfortable and clean and had a good size bathroom. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to make sure the needs of their guests are taken care of. Unfortunately, I tripped and fell on the street during my stay and bruised my ribs. The receptionist offered to haul my very big and heavy suitcase to the train station for me. The train station was too close to call a taxi but far enough to be a very painful walk, even with a suitcase with wheels. Needless to say, I was very grateful. I would stay there again.

Elby, the hotel concierge, was so warm and gracious, along with a fun sense of humour! He had the biggest smile and was most helpful with directions and suggestions. His greetings made the hotel very welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, as well as to all the touristy sites. The room was cozy and clean. Also the breakfast was delicious! We definitely would recommend this hotel to our family and friends:)

The hotel has a very traditional decor feel. The room was a little bit tight however it was clean. Front desk staff were nice. The breakfast buffet was great, the staff working there were really friendly and the cappuccinos were delicious! The hotel is near the train station which is a bonus and there are several restaurants near by.

We checked into the hotel and dropped our bags off into the room. Be careful dragging your bags up the stairs into the lobby as it can be a bit of a challenge. We went about our business for the day after dropping our bags off in the room. First impression of the room was very small but livable as we were going to be there for only 2 nights. We then went out for the day, exploring Florence until about 8:15 PM when we returned to our room with some bottles of water to put in the mini fridge. Upon returning to our room we noticed an ammonia smell we entered which was not noticed when we originally dropped off our bags. I found the mini fridge and opened it to put our water bottles inside and was hit in the face with strong ammonia coming from the fridge and also the fridge was hot inside. Apparently the mini fridge unit was broken and the ammonia gas used for the refrigerant was leaking out of it, filling the room with toxic ammonia gas. We immediately went down to the front desk to advise them of the problem and let them know that the room was not inhabitable and was met with very little concern, questioning the problem. The hotel manager on site came to the room and admitted to acknowledge the problem at hand, then tried to convince us to stay in the room, that opening the windows, (80F outside), would make it fine to sleep in that evening. Long story short, we ended up getting another hotel at 9:15PM. Stay far away from this property.

The view from the dining/ deck/ pool area is incredible. All of the staff were so helpful, happy and eager to please. Hourly shuttle to Vico Equense we convient.

Very nice Hotel and breakfast. Staff excellent. Only downside as a solo traveller was being allocated a room on the corner of the road which was very noisy during the night. Website claimed ‘soundproof’ rooms but that was not the case, you could clearly hear guests in surrounding rooms.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were all welcoming and super friendly. I didn’t ever feel like burden and they helped when I needed ideas of where to eat or how to get somewhere. The location is great because it nice and close to the train station and meet up points for a lot of tours. It’s also very close to lots of shopping.

The hotel is close to most attractions and so close to the train station. It's a very inexpensive hotel; with restaurants close by so even if you arrive at midnight, there's a place where you can eat at.

This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything you want to do. There is a laundromat just one block away as well as a grocery store. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The real star here is the staff. The front desk staff, especially Elby, was always there to help with anything you need. There is luggage storage right in the lobby if you need to leave a little later. I will stay at this hotel again!
