“Good choice”

Hotel one minute walk from station. Is on a busy junction with lots of traffic. However room was quite even though on front of hotel with good doible glazing. Breakfast was continental and adequate. Rooms was very clean but it did smell of smoke so be sure to ask for non smoking room. Hotel was clean tidy and well maintained and close to attractions.

“Not bad”

On arrial the concierge was a little rude and not welcoming. They did not tell us of the full facilities andthe surrounding area. They did offer booking tickets to the Uffizi but did not tell us. Breakfast was adequate, continental, and wifi was an additional cost. The room was small, if you book a triple room be sure to tell them if you are three separate individuals. Great location, other staff in the building were all friendly, and gave a recommendatio to a same owned restaurant with a discount.
