Rooms were amazing, loved the easy access to train station and walkability to everthing. Only downside was loud 'gangs' in street outside the building each night!

This was advertised as 4* but I would rate as 2* or 3*. The hotel need serious upgrade to bring to 4* level. The breakfast was pretty basic as well as the rooms. The water pressure was not up to par. All the tv channels are in Italian, so I could not watch anything. I stayed in another hotel in Florence in Jan and this was so much better and it was rated 3*, it was fully booked hence why I stayed here. I was there 1st week April and was pretty hot, air con was not on, I was told by the staff the law in Florence is not to turn the air con on in April. I am not sure why. I was given a fan though, so I would staff were nice and friendly and they attended to my needs. The hotel is in a very good location pretty much in the city centre. I would rate the hotel 6/10 based on staff and location.

Our 4 night stay here was amazing. The location is unbeatable, we were able to walk easily to every site we wanted to see, the maximum walk was 31 min to the Vatican. The food in the room is great and is replenished everyday, the location allows you to come back to the room during the day to take a break and eat some food in the room, there is also a foot and body massager to help with all the walking. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to everyone I know visiting Rome.

Very conveniently located. The staff were excellent, very helpful. The parking garage is located right next door to the hotel. Shopping and restaurants are all within a short walk.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The property is a little run down and could use a refresh. The location is really good. The spa was not what I expected and should be included in the stay, not $25 euros each.

Absolutely disgusting! Mould in the bathroom, plastering falling off the wall, broken switches, noisy (doors and windows feel like they were not even there), poor breakfast and no response from management when I complained. I don’t know how this hotel gained 4*?! Worst experience ever and I travel a lot! Please avoid this hotel as it looks and feels nothing like what you see in the pictures on the website

Underwhelming for the price. Elevator is a death trap, doors shut on my arm while trying to get in, didn’t seem to have a safety feature. Very loud all hours of the night, lots of drunk loud people walk up and down the street.

Ideal location, a few minutes walk to all central locations, restaurants in the historic centre. There is also a laundromat across the street if you are so inclined. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and a little dated. Nice buffet breakfast. Very good value for this central location. We stayed there for 7 nights with a group of 12 and everyone would agree with my assesment.

Reception staff was very friendly, but we got a room with a portable air-conditioning, the air duck was on the balcony and because of that, the balcony door couldn't be close, we got mosquitoes bites and the noise from the outside was terrible. Did we get this room because we booked it on-line?. I am going to do my research to find out if we can get better accommodation with other booking company.

Much older building but very well maintained. Probably a historical building. Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. We had an antique style room but with all the modern comforts. Location was brilliant and we walked to everything we wanted to see. All within a 5-10 mins walk. Excellent dining options all around the property.

The staff was excellent throughout in tending to our needs. We were always greeted warmly and felt valued as a customer. The A/C worked very well and was a plus to survive the hot Florence weather. Breakfast was nice too.

We had a very nice stay here. The AC broke ans they immediately accomodated us with a fan and a portable AC window unit. Breakfast was good as well.
