“Great find in Florence”
We thought this was a fantastic hotel for the price. Just a little bit outside the "touristy" area (nice to be away from the crowds, but means that you have to walk a little further, or take a bus). All the staff was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Although not big, the room was perfectly adequate for our needs, and kept very clean. Large breakfast buffet each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget -- it was a great value.
“Hospitality was Amazing!”
Great hotel! The hospitality by the front desk, bellman, and wait staff was amazing. The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean and nice. The hotel was a jewel and we will stay there again on our next trip! We got there from an overnight train at 9:00 am. Our rooms weren't tagged to be ready until 2 pm, but they let us eat breakfast, sit in the lobby, and got us into a room by 9:45! It was perfect!
“Bien placé pour le marathon de Florence”
Placé juste à la périphérie du centre, c'est idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique ville
“Great Locattion, Great Little Hotel”
This small hotel is located about 1 block from St Peter's Square and meets all the needs of the budget conscious traveler. I stayed with my 3 sons at this location and we were very happy. Especially since my oldest son cooked us 3 meals in room. Would definitely stay again. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
“I will recommend this to all of my friends”
We loved this hotel... Near the river and to public transportation. We could see the Ufisse tower from our room. The rooms are small but designed to be efficient... AND each floor is painted in a different color....(bring a sense of humor).... Beautiful breakfasts, that are paid for separately.... I will recommend this one to all of my friends One reminder....buy your bus tickets before hand even though you are told that you can purchase it from the bus driver. On our trip to the train station the driver ignored us after several attempts to pay him...Two inspectors came on board asked us for tickets, and fortunately believed our story.. but we would have had to pay a fine.
“Great Service”
The whole staff was extremely helpful with directions and booking activities. Rooms were large and had their own refrigerator.
“Good hotel, great value”
The location of the hotel is very good near to the center and to important city locations. The rooms were clean and the personel were friendly and gave us good information when we required it. In general it was a very good stay.
“Great hotel, staff and location...will definitely return!!”
The hotel is near all major attractions (approx 15min walk) good exercise after enjoying all the delicious food!! The room was very nice, cozy, very clean air conditioned and had a balcony with a fantastic view! The staff were always very nice, friendly and very helpful...always with a smile! The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of goodies to choose from (great value)!! When I visit Firenze again, I will most definitely stay at this hotel! Great experience! Grazie mille!!
“Quiet comfort in Firenze”
Outside the busy center, this modular hotel has all the comforts in a small space (typical in Italy). Quiet, nice breakfast, 2 blocks from the Arno, 10 minute walk from the Duomo. My 5th floor room had a 4x4m terrace with lounge chairs. A nice surprise.
“Very satisfied with our quad room”
We had a great quad room on the fourth floor and enjoyed a wonderful view of the Duomo. The kids had single beds and we a very comfortable king bed. Nice tile floor. Very spacious bathroom. Although Florence was hot (August) and the room was on the fourth floor, the room stayed relatively cool (AC temp in room can be adjusted). Nice breakfast room with good choices (buffet style). Cold cuts, cheese, bread, rolls, jams, cereals, very tasty croissants, yogurt, fruit, juices, coffee. Takes a little walking to the attractions. It would take me about 20 minutes to the Duomo. We sometimes took a taxi (around 10 Euro to the Academia with the David statue). Hotel is close to the Arno river, about 5 minutes walking down the street. Parking in sidestreets (blue lines) for 8 Euro a day. Also possible to park in a garage nearby.
