I loved the quietness of staying at Affordable Suites. Nancy was so personable as property manager. The beauty of the woods surrounding the place and the clean suites and hospitality was special! A place where anyone would love to live. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

This place is fantastic. The rooms were clean and showed the care the staff puts into the facilities. The full size fridge gave us the option of bringing our food for our trip. The location is close to everything and quiet for being so close to the interstate. Next time I am in the area I will be staying again. The only issue was the stiffness of the bed.

So nice to go to a motel that is taken care of inside and out! You can tell someone cares. Little extras like water in the fridge and snacks on the table were a nice surprise. Would definitely come back.

After seeing basically all good reviews for this place, we figured we’d give it a try. An inexpensive option for us to get a quick overnight sleep on our drive from NJ to Florida. The owner seemed very friendly and obviously wanted to make us happy. He handled a few requests. Aside from some old stains on the older bedspread, the place was clean, comfortable, had some free snacks and coffee (a nice touch). Nice to have a refrigerator and freezer to store cold foods we had brought with us. You could tell ownership cares. In all, we were very satisfied.

The room wasn't bad, beds were ok, the stove needs some help. I was there only one night so I didn't use the kitchen much. It was nice to have a full sized frig!

Convenient and clean
I rated this hotel overall as amazing because of the daily rate and cleanliness. It was not fancy or posh but just what I needed for a safe nights sleep at an affordable rate. Michael was very friendly and helpful

Clean, comfortable, and cheap
The best value in Florence. At least half the price and sometimes a third the price of the National Chains and just as clean and even better than most. I will stay here every time I’m in Florence.

Nice setup and everything works well. Bed on the firm side for me. Missed my memory foam pad. First floor has easy access from vehicle parking. Only drawback to first floor is heavy footed upstairs guests.
