this was a 2 night stay and it was a good location for visiting family. room was spacious and comfortable, we had a suite, I like having a couch. It was really quite the first night but a little noisier the next but nothing bad, it was construction crew that got up early. Not sure why considering the size of the hotel they put them in rooms near ours. The breakfast as good. not a big selection but hot and not the same thing both days. will stay here again if I visit family again.

Breakfast was adequate. Nothing to brag about, but not bad. Pool was down for maintenance so we had to find something else for the kids to do to kill time. They were looking forward to swimming.

Clean and properly laid out rooms. Everything worked well. Staff was accomodating. Prices very reasonable. Would recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites in Fenton.

The heater smelt bad. Needs new filter. Pool felt really slimy and around the pool as well. There was no hot water both nights i stayed other than that its a great hotel. Needs more vending machines

This Comfort Inn is quickly and easily accessible from I75. Clean, good value for the amenities Breakfast is yummy and served early. Next door is an absolutely fabulous dinner restaurant - Lucky’s Steak House.

This was our second stay here and we will continue to stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are super comfortable, and bathrooms are immaculate. Our only issue is during both multi-day stays, the room keys have to be reset on the second day. We have been locked out of room at inoportune times. But this is our only complaint and as I mentioned we will continue to stay here.

We booked this hotel for its location and hot tub availability. The hot tub was broken for all 3 nights. Our first room had zero heat and zero hot water. We switched rooms- now we had hot water but almost zero heat. The staff were unhelpful, unwilling to help with blankets or discounts. The breakfast was good though.

We liked it was pet friendly. The pool was great along with the hottub. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was good but no English muffins after the second night stay. Did have a different breakfast each day though. Someone who had a dog left a large poop on the boulevard corner at the far end of the building. Not really the hotel's fault although maybe someone should by checking the grounds.

The place could use some updating. The shower in our room was not functioning well, the faucet didn’t completely close so water was hitting your ankle while the shower was on??? Rusty corroded fixtures in the bathroom as well.

The bathroom water didn't drain. It was a slush of poop all the way up to the rim. When I aksed that my room be changed, the guy at the counter told me that they dont change rooms for clogged toilets, and that he will provide me with a plunger if I wanted to clear it myself for use during the stay.

The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. It’s a bit on the older side and a little bit dated not a big deal. Our room could’ve used a better mattress. otherwise, it was a good value.

Do not mess up on the date when you make the reservation. Once you hit ok and you realize you put in the wrong date you're done. I put in the wrong date and called 5 minutes after i made the reservation and was told sorry. To change the date you'll have to pay $130 for the wrong date anyway!!!!
