“Average Hotel for a 1 night stay”
The hotel was cheap and convient for our trip to the Grand Canyon. It was easy to find and there were tons of fast food places around us so we didn't have a problem grabbing something to eat at all. The Grand Canyon was only 1hr drive from the hotel. Hotel is right off the freeway and very easy to get to. The pictures online do not protray how the hotel actually looks in person so don't be fooled. It is a lot smaller and there isn't even a lobby. The check in is litterally a window in the hallway. Grab breakfast somewhere else because what they consider to be breakfast is a box of cheap mini donuts. It's a good place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon for just 1 day. Very cheap but you get what you paid for.
“not very impressive”
It was pretty ok. Was clean and comfortable. The staff were initially friendly. But they did not inform us of the check out time and when we came at 11.30 from the grand canyon, they did not give us any time to even change and leave. Almost threw us out. Its very far from teh grand Canyon. So, if you are visiting teh grand canyon, I would recommend that you search fro a hotel thats nearer.
“Not Impresed”
The on site manager of the hotel seemed as if he could care less about anything. This motel served what is without a doubt the worst continental breakfast ever. The only food placed out were tiny cinammon buns . The coffee was bad and the area the breakfast was served in was very small hall way by the desk.
“Vanila ice cream”
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were minimal. It was a decent , inexpensive place to sleep and shower.
“Cheap Good Option”
Cheap Option, basic services. Breakfast includes: coffe & muffins.
“Good stop off for Grand Canyon”
We only stopped off in Williams so we could catch sunrise at the Grand Canyon, it was only an hours drive from the hotel. The hotel was very basic, no lift and in-need of modernizing, but fine for what we needed. We didn't see much of Williams so can't really comment on the town, but it did look quiet.
“Receptionist was very rude, but it was cheap and had a comfortable bed.”
The receptionist had a chip on his shoulder and was rude to every single one of us at one time or another. He was very defensive in every one of his answers. He probably gets a lot of grief because the hotel is extremely dated, and it didn't have an elevator to the second floor. It is outside the Williams gated archway, and if we had just paid a few more dollars, we could have stayed at a bit nicer hotel a couple of miles closer to the really cute downtown. The bed was very comfortable, though, and it appeared clean. If it hadn't been for the extremely rude receptionist, I would have accepted that you get what you pay for, and at least it seemed clean!
“Williams”
The lock on our door was torn off. Breakfast was a few muffins and some Tang. The location is great. Just off the town and quiet. Lots of fast food within walking distance. With just a few improvements, this place could be wonderful. Would probably stay again.
“Not Impressed”
It was the only hotel available so we had no choice. Bathroom was old and the paint was falling off. The bed was terrible. The continental breakfast was a joke with coffee, OJ, and just tiny donuts and muffins.
“Not up to standards of other KInight's Inn motels”
quality of kleenex and toilet paper was VERY substandard. Hard to find a comfortable place to sit and watch tv. Recliner or recliners would be helpful. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Availability of front desk personnel was scarce. Was charged for use of computer (thought it was to be complimentary). Have stayed at other Knight's Inn motels. This one did not meet our expectations.
