“"Our home away from home"”

Bula....Treasure Island just gets better and better, we spent a week on the island this was our 4th visit in 18months and already planning our return.A big pat on the back to all the staff everyone from the food & beverage/bar,kids club and subsurface crew and not forgetting Andie and the band members.We had a fantastic fun filled 7 days next time it will be for longer.Vinaka

“awesome family holiday”

we had an amazing stay at treasure island,. the staff are incredible and so friendly. they go out of their way to make the kids feel welcome. the pool is fantastic and a real asset to this resort. we couldnt have asked for a better holiday and will definitely be going back :)

“Excellent staff on Treasure Island”

The staff make this resort what it is - a beautiful way to see the real Fiji. The condition of the resort was disappointing, but after a few days, you see beyond that and enjoy the good things. Looking back, there was a lot they need to improve on though, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time on Treasure. The pool is fabulous, the glass-bottom boat a great way to see the reef, snorkelling fab, updated rooms are lovely and kids club a hit with their customers. Quantities of food were overwhelming and delicious - my waistline does not need 3 courses for lunch and dinner each day!

“Terrible!”

The food is absolutely terrible. It's not eatible at all, just disgusting! There would usually be a buffet of some sort or a menu to choose from, however whenever we wanted to order off the menu we were told they couldn't do what we wanted so we were stuck with the buffet. We were there for 3 nights and on the 2nd last day we picked at the lunch buffet and then didn't eat again till we got off the island the next day at lunch time - that's how bad it is! The staff are also very much over it. To us it felt like they had the attitude of "well you're here and can't get off the island, so you can wait till i'm ready to help you". There is a mini golf course spread out over the island, which is for free - one positive, however when we went to reception to pick up the golf balls & the clubs, they neglected to tell us that there is no longer hole 8 - would have been great to know as we spent ages searching for it!

“Treasure Island - Dreadful”

Hi there, Our stay at Treasure Island was dreadful. I am very widely travelled and this is the worst holiday I have ever had, purely due to the resort. I will be putting in a complaint to Expedia shortly detailing our experience and the events that took place.
