“Most comfortable bed on the planet”

We arrived after an 11 hour flight. We were immediately impressed with the design of the hotel. The pool area was incredible and the staff were fantastic. We were shown immediately to our rooms by a very nice porter. We loved our room! The dual shower (great pressure) and the bed were godsends. We stayed at several different hotels during this vacation and have to say that the bed at the Sheraton Fiji was the best! We had the best sleep of our lives. In the morning, we were very pleased with the buffet breakfast. There were various food items to choose from. All in all a great stay.

“Nice hotel”

Got upgraded to beach front room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was super clean and big. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much. I would have liked to use the Kids Club but my preschooler refused to go. However, the people there seemed very caring so I think I would have trusted this service. Prices for food in the resorts are quite high. I would recommend the restaurant at Wyndham WorldMark resort, which is only a five minute walk and offers so much better value (and the waitresses are lovely too!). Pitty about the beach, but this is an issue with Denarau. Wished this resort was in another of the beautiful surrounding islands, then the whole experience would have been perfect!

“Is everything I expected, and will go back.”

Bearing in mind that you are in Fiji, this property is every thing you would would expect from a Sheraton. The staff are all very friendly, very helpful, and quite professional. We travelled with a young child (2yrs) staff couldnt get enough of him, they were great. Its worth noting that your requests may not be met in a hurry, but they will be met. Just remember its a holiday property not a business property. Rooms are excellent since the reno, very comfortable, and very clean. Access to the facilities on the adjoining properties is great, and I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was correct, even though we dined and used services from each of the adjoining properties and charged back to our room. I notice a number of reviews here comment that the food is expensive. Yes it is by Fiji standards - however, it was consistently excellent and of the standard I expect from a Sheraton. Its also worth noting that its about the same price (after conversion) as you would pay at the Sheraton in Sydney. All in all a great property, and one I will return to.

Our holiday was wonderful, form the ocean views, great weather, great service and particularly the ability to share the 3 facilities at the Sheraton, Sheraton Villas and Westin. Restaurants at the Sheraton and Westin were also superb Highly recommended.

“A week on "Fiji Time"”

Quality of the hotel was excellent, but information about facilities/activities was lacking. For example, we had to ask about transport into Nadi and then found out second hand that the hotel chain offered a free boat trip to a nearby island where you could go snorkelling. The bar fridge was not working and there was no bottle opener in the room. These were fixed promptly though when pointed out. There was a beautiful display of flowers on the bed and a (warm) bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room (to celebrate our honeymoon). Staff are wonderful and friendly, but if you want to stay in the hotel and eat at their restaurants you'd better ensure you have plenty of money in your bank account.

“Heavenly hotel”

The location was perfect. The staff was the friendliest in the world! Everyone was very helpful and always had a big smile. The facilities and restaurants were fabulous. Breakfast was excellent with a great spread. The bula bus takes you to the two sister hotels Westin and Sheraton Villas for free. You had access to facilities to all 3 hotels which gave you various options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

“Perfect stay!!”

My boyfriend and i stayed at the Sheraton Resort for 2 nights before heading to the islands to meet up with friends. We had a fantastic time. Our room overlooked the ocean and was definitely worth the extra cost to stay in the OceanFront Room. There's a bus that runs between the resorts (and you can use the facilites of the Sheraton Villas and Westin free of charge) and also one that goes to the Port. Eating at the Port is much cheaper than at the Hotel. Cardo's Steakhouse has the best Seafood Platter!! Would definitely recommend the Sheraton Resort for anyone wanting to experience your typical 5 star resort. Lots of activities for kids. I personally couldn't have stayed more than a couple of days there.. Head to the islands - they are beautiful!!
