“Services”
great services and was happy about the cleanliness !
“Bula Fiji!”
Our flight on Air Pacific was great, but arrived at 5:15am. The kind front desk staff at the Sheraton Fiji arranged a "day room" for $70FJ + tax so we could get into our room immediately, otherwise check-in is 3:00pm. Room 1525, ocean front, was spotlessly clean. Tile floors, fresh duvets, a small table & chairs inside and another set outside, mini-'fridge, gorgeous granite in the bath with dual sinks and a huge rain shower. The view from our room was of the private island we could ferry to from the Westin, but never really had the time. We arranged many excursions through the concierge desk, and each was really great. The staff at the Sheraton made us feel welcome, and each person we saw greeted us with an enthusiastic "Bula." The breakfast buffet (included in our package) was wonderful, whether you're Asian, British, Australian or American there is something there for you, even pizza at breakfast. The hotel is great for families, couples (with an adults only area of the pool with hammocks), foodies, the active or just discovering "Fiji-time." We so did not want to come home after 8 nights here. The restaurant staff sing like angels in A Capella. Birthdays at breakfast, anniversaries, and on our last day the Farewell Song almost brought me to tears. What a wonderful place to relax!
“Smiles all around”
All staff at the Sheraton Fiji Resort made our stay a most wonderful experience. The smiles and friendliness of the Fijian people reflects back on to you to make you feel relaxed and happy about yourself and your holiday.
“Great resort!”
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed and very well catered for families.
“The best !!!! We love it!!!”
The best option ever, enjoy 3 resorts for the price on one, Denarou is the best island in Fiji, comfort, the employees are the best people I have had the opportunity to take care of us, the kids programs are excellent, the nannies have a great attitude with the kids... love it...
“Unforgetable Holiday”
Very friendly staff, excellent service & fantastic atmosphere, we will never forget this experience we shared at the Sheraton, it was a memorable holiday but our stay was too short. Next time we will go for a longer period.
“great family resort”
Great staff make this place. Lela in kid's club and Susana at front desk were outstanding. It's a big family resort with good food, 1 nice pool and 5 min walk to 2 others at sister hotels. Avoid ground floor rooms as tiled floors are extremely noisy and we had upstairs neighbours who seemed to let their kids play marbles from 6am on :(
“Everything is good in the hotel”
excellent hotel.Nice staffs everywhere. We are satisfied with everything they provide.
“Awesomely Relaxed”
A real relaxing moment and time in Fiji at this hotel and fully recommend it to others
“Superb!”
A really good experience- the staff were great! They upgraded our room to water view which my sister and I were very please with. The room was cleaned every day! Overall, we both had a very relaxing time and will surely go back!
