No idea really as Hibiscus accepted and confirmed our booking but then bumped us to The Oasis without informing us or explaining (other than there was something wrong with the room).

a total mess
They did not provide the apartment I booked at Expedia. As soon as I was charged, they contacted me saying that the apartment booked was not available. The apartment that they provided was a mess: dirty and only one dirty blanket was provided, full of mosquitos and cockroaches, internet did not work, etc... I emailed them photos (few of them are attached) when we were there. they replied: “ok I'm meeting them tomorrow and internet is restored back. I viber her the pictures. i knock the door but no response just a while ago. will update you in the morning” we left 3 days before the checking out date. Expedia should have a better quality control on the establishments using their website.

Mess Management
There is nothing as advertised, management is mess, there is no wifi, room smells, our room gas stove was broken and we had to use the stove from other room which was unsafe as we had 2 kids with us. The staff expects chocolate rather asking if we are alright and comfort. They advertised about the presidential room but there is no any room like that. The toilet flush doesn’t work, the drier at laundry doesn’t work. When complain they just blame each other and say sorry. I won’t rekon this apartment to any body, be aware and find some good apartment. This apartment doesn’t deserve even a star.

owner /manager named Alfaz was rude. he even dont know how to talk to guest. he started to yell cuz of parking. your car front have to touch the buliding in order for others to pass from behind. horrible place to stay and horrible plac to park the car..

No show in the office.
On arrival by taxi from the airport, we found the office closed and we had no means of contacting anyone. We were not late and it was still within office hours. We had no choice but to find alternative accomodation. The next day we were off early to catch a ferry to the islands so we have not been able to contact the office as yet.

Clean and comfortable. A few minor wear and tear issues (e.g. shower drain was open -grill/cover missing), but nothing to detract from the stay. Sky TV was not working, but we were only there one night so it didn't matter, and if we'd stayed longer, would have made enquiries to get it sorted. No-one was on site to check us in. Rang the number on the door and was advised of the unit number and that it was open, with the key inside - which all worked fine. There was only one parking space left, which wasn't the one for our unit, but given that it was almost 9pm we decided it was safe to take that space. I was called just before midnight and asked to move the car - it turned out to be the manager returning from an evening out, wanting to park his car in a space that needed to be accessed through the other side of where we parked, so I was asked to move my car into one of the now vacant spaces, as someone visiting a guest had left. I'm still wondering why the manager chose to disturb a guest who was possibly asleep, to move a car into a space he could just have taken himself - and walked an extra 20 feet to his unit. There was no information regarding check in or check out, and no one available to check us out in the morning, so I needed to ring again, and obviously woke the manager (8.30am so not an early check out) to make sure there wasn't anything we needed to do to check out.

Convenient hotel
Overall the hotel was nice. But the staff not so much. The internet was down all the time you never had internet access. I had people sitting outside my hotel room waiting for the manager to talk to him about the internet pretty much every single morning. The rooms don't get cleaned you need to clean the rooms yourself. They don't even change the towels. After one week I had to go and ask if I could get some brand new towels. I guess you have to wash your own towels to.

Barely have WiFi, maybe 1hour totally in 7 days.. the furniture is old and dirty. The manager not always there (he have 5 rental properties to look after) but he living in the above apartment with his wife.

The plugs for toaster .. bench top oven and rice cooker was international. .. and no international plug was provided. Only thing that worked was the stove and electric jug. The water in the morning was not available most days. The manager and his wife fought and you could hear her screaming with doors open. Not very professional at all. No friendly hellos at all. The cleaning staff were lovely fijians. Altaf needs to keep his wife elsewhere.

Appalling
These apartments are appalling - issues with plumbing, TV, WiFi, cleanliness, unresponsive management, they are unattended and nobody present to check in, they are un-serviced, poorly equipped, appliances don't work. In fact there is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about them. Value for money was extremely poor and I could not recommend anybody stay there.

This is the third time I have stayed at the Hibiscus apartments, if you want privacy and comfort this is the place to be, convenient location. Thank you Hibiscus, will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely Disgusting Accomodation
We arrived at the Hibiscus appartments ready to start our first over seas Holiday and from the moment we got there the female staff member that was on didn't even know anything about our booking after a short argument and a phone call she said they had our room . We walked into the Hotel room from HELL !! There was dirty used plates stashed in the draws , a dirty pair of underwear , used cotton buds under the bed , rusty dirty cutlery , mouldy shower with NO HOT WATER , when we booked through Expedia it said there was wifi service and there was NONE so we were left with no way of contacting our family to say we had landed and we were safe !! BUT WAIT THE WORST BIT OF IT ALL ........I walked into the room where my two children should have been sleeping and the beds had blood stains all over them and one bed the pillow was saturated !!! Even the toilet paper was on the disgusting floor !! THANKS EXPEDIA FOR ALLOWING SUCH A DISGUSTING PLACE TO OFFER ACCOMODATION UNDER YOUR COMPANIES REPUTATION AMD DESTROYING OUR FIRST FAMILY HOLIDAY ! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL FROM HELL

Convenient but dirty hotel
Bed linen not changed, had to sleep on dirty beddings, dirty pillow cases, not enough towel, no tea towels in the kitchen, kitchen very dirty, sticky kitchen benchtops, utensils dirty, as if our apartment was never cleaned for weeks. Laundry got flooded when washing. Will never book this premises.,

A/C was off upon check-in so room as 32 Celsius; springs bulging up in dirty & uncomfortable couch; only two pans in kitchen; thick towels & very good mattress; smalls ants coming in through cracks in wall; two large but dying cockroaches; no coffee, tea, or cream; incorrect WiFi password was given for first three days; good washing machine & dryer in room; friendly housekeeping staff. Road construction nearby turns off water daily for 30 minutes to several hours without advance warning.

The bathroom needs renovation, black mold in the bathroom. At times had to bath in cold water, there was no hot water. While there the power and water was switched from time to time. There is NO satellite channel as advertised in their hotel website, th apartment has only 2 channels, wifi most days work and other days is switched off. Overall great location but in room 3 bottom toilet is leaking and upstairs bathroom mold Is really bad. In terms of privacy it's really great.

was not happy at all
was moved from rooms to rooms. there was no television service in the first room. second room dryer was not operating.. . bed bugs all over the mattress and bit us all over our body. had to lay down on the sofa whole night .complained to management at 2 am in the morning .we had no privacy as maintenance work was carried in the shower. I would like to be compensated for the unsatisfactory service .refund for 3 nights . I also have photos for prove if requested .

Room was great,except issues with free wifi and room service. You have to get your toiletries unless you walk to a small room on the side where there is a lady to help you. No one cleans up the room every morning. But the price is allright and is spacious.

Upon arrival (at night) we were told that despite pre-booking and paying, the hotel was full. However we were upgraded to a better apartment at Hibiscus residencies without an additional charge. That turned out to be good. However the wifi did not work. Otherwise it was a good stay

Cannot check in to the hotel
We book this hotel on behalf of our clients. When our clients arrived Nadi around 5.30pm on Saturday, they realized the hotel is closed and no one is at the front desk. We had to called the hotel's emergency mobile number and they told us the hotel is fully booked so our clients cannot check in even though we've got an confirmation number from the hotel. No apologies and no compensations. Even Expedia's call center cannot reach them using the phone number they provided. I spent 2 hours trying to find another hotel for our clients but NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE for ALL NADI HOTELS. Seriously it was a terrible day for both our clients and us.

It was cheap but you only get what you pay for
You get what you pay for. The room was acceptable for what it cost. I hated the shower as there was no shower tray/curtain so the bathroom floor and toilet got wet (you had to take the toilet paper out before you used the shower). Staff not very interested. No-one came into the room in the 3 days I was there to clean/make the bed/change towels. No wi-fi all the time I was there. I kept asking about this but nothing was done (they didn't appear to have bought internet access for the place). Positives: washing machine and tumble drier.

If I had minus 100 to give for the cleanliness of this apartment I would have, this place need some serious pest control, it seemed like it wasn't cleaned after a checkout as there was urine on the toilet seat (if nyone prefers tht then most welcome), concierge? wat concierge? we had to drag out bags our selves, no sign for reception, one lady came out rude and grumpy as F', then she gave us the wrong room n we had to drag our luggage ourselves to the "right" room. we told the cleaner to clean our room which she never got to do. this place has a lot of potential only if the care takers pull up there socks. I almost booked another hotel if my mum didn't convince me to stay.

Peaceful and Relaxing.
We had an excellent holiday in Nadi. Having own washing machine/dryer meant we took minimal clothing as recycling so easy. More space to take shopping home. Quiet neighbourhood. Economical and we enjoyed many locations when wanting to dine out. Staff friendly, helpful. Hiring a car turned this into a fantastic holiday base and we will definitely be back. Bula Vinaka

Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She even arranged an early morning ride to the airport for us. Taxi to the airport was not as high as listed on Expedia. Cost was $15 for the group.

Worst hotel I've been to.
Don't even bother staying at this hotel. Was very very disappointed. I stayed there 9 days and the 'free internet' wasn't working. Second room had no mirror for us two ladies. There were spiders throughout the apartment. The shower was absolutely filthy. Black coloured soap scum in the shower! Saw cockroaches too crawling around at night. We asked for room service in these 'serviced apartments' and was told we have to clean them ourselves until we complained to the owner. That was sorted however speaking multiple times with the owner about connecting to the internet but nothing was sorted out. We were kept given the password to the wifi however the Internet connection needs to be secured to enter the password. Horrible experience. Would never go back!

Very impressed with value and comfort of the two bedroom apartment. I stayed in the apartment with the security light outside, which is very bright and kept me awake at night (management turned it off when I asked however). A little out of the way but still very close to Martintar (main restaurant strip) and Nadi town. The rooms really need a little info book to explain about free wifi and the airport shuttles ($15) etc. It was also hard to know where to get your key from as there is no managers office or sign (manager owns + lives in the last apartment in the row). Still very happy with my stay and will be staying here again when I return in two weeks.

we booked an hour before arriving, so they didn't appear to expect us. after staying in lots of eco resorts on the east coast & beyond a modern apartment, hot shower, 50" tv and kitchen was great! Clothes washing facilities on site! Strange set-up for an apartment, but it work. manager & her familiy were next door were very helpful. not much in the local area, apart from a McDonalds ...and who wants to go there when you're in fiji! Unfortunately we did, as we couldn't find any food locally (and after a 12hr bus ride it was too exhausting). Only stayed 1 night, and I think that would have been enough, unless you've a good reason to be in that part of town!

広くて一人でしたので落ち着かなかった。 他のホテルのように、サービス品が何もなかった。(コーヒー、シャンプーなど) トイレのドアが閉まらなかったり、作りが雑でした。 常駐している人は、掃除するフィジアン一人でした。

Moderne und gut ausgestattete Apartments
Das familiengeführte Hotel ist fast neben einem McD und etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Nadi. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt war es aber wunderbar. Unser Zimmer beinhaltete neben Waschmaschine und Trockner auch einen grossen Fernseher, Musikanlage und eine schöne, moderne Küche.

I stayed this apt for two days. On arrival, i was asked to share a room with a colleague travelling together due to overbooking. Next day the other colleague was asked to change room because of overbooking again. The bath rooms were dirty and smelling. Towels were stinky too. There was dust here and there. A bulb and ceiling were burnt when checking in. There were other problems that couldn't fit in this space
