“A beautiful place to stay!”
Our room was gorgeous. The way the hotel is laid out means every room has a view of the sea, through the palm trees but you also have some privacy in your own courtyard or balcony if you want to sit outside your room. The gardens are lush and everything is maintained beautifully. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The sun shone the whole time and we had a wonderful holiday.
“Pure Indulgence”
Had a wonderful break, incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Wonderfull location. Best way to get to Hilton from Nandi Airport is taxi. Lots cheaper than the transfer operators.
“Don't think twice.... Hilton Fiji is fabulous”
We were so pleased with the Fiji Resort and Spa managed by Hilton.... quite a mouthful! The welcome was perfect and our one bedroom apartment has to be one of the best places we have stayed and thta's no mean feat as we have travelled often. The pools are fabulous and uncluttered. The adult pool rule was well respected and so we had a very relaxing 10 day stay. Fiji is such a poor country yet the people continue to smile. Their hospitality is very warm and genuine. Food and drinks are expensive, but with a kitchen we prepared our own breakfasts and BBQ some evenings.
“A beautiful place”
The Hilton was the best resort on Denarau Island. There are 5 others which have hundreds of rooms in apartment blocks, with only some rooms facing the beach. They have multiple stories in some cases. In contrast, the Hilton has two story apartments and suites that all face the beach and the pools with ample verandas, bbqs etc. The suites are spread amongst the gardens. Basically the resort is at the long skinny end of the island so there is maximum beach frontage. The staff and service is excellent. There is live entertainment each night at the restaurant but it gets pretty quiet by 10.30 or 11.00. It's a great place for young families and honeymooners. The rooms are new , very spacious and in great taste. Nothing tacky at all. Very classy. The sand is grey , not white, didn't see people swimming at the beach, it's more for water sports.
“Will definitely return”
Fiji Beach Resort and Spa Managed by Hilton was the perfect venue for family reunion over xmas. The loacation was perfect, the facilities were outstanding, the food was devine and most of all the weather was unbelievable. The close proximity to the beach meant we could go for a walk anytime of the day or night. It also meant we had a our privacy should we have needed it. The choice of 2 retaurants meant we could eat at either place. The rroms had kitchen facility so if we decided to not go out, we had the choice to prepare a simple meal at "home". Yes, it was the home away from home.
“Perfect Quiet Paradise”
My wife & I spent 7 nights at The Hilton including Christmas Day. Our room was in the perfect location just far enough away from the main poll area's. This gave us a very private and quiet holiday. The staff & all the fijian people we meat would have to be the friendlist people on the plant. During our stay we visited all the other resorts on Denarau Island which is recommemded. This give you the opportunity to choose were you want to eat. The shuttle bus which runs around the island up to 11.30pm each day is the perfect way to get around. Overall having visited all the other resorts if you are just looking for a peaceful getaway I would recommend the Hilton above the others. We were planning our trip back during our flight home.
“Relaxing place to stay”
We stayed in a studio beachfront unit and it looks exactly like the pictures on the site, it was really comfortable. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, a great variety and keeps you going for the day until dinner. The main restaurant is very expensive for dinner and a drink, a heineken and a glass of oyster bay sav cost $39, we found the other restaurant there nice but mainly went to port denarau for tea. The wee liquor store on site is reasonable for fiji gold beer. We found the staff all very nice and helpful at reception. The pool areas are lovely a great outlook and we would spend most of the time lazying on the loungers and swimming. Would stay here again but if i was going with children as we took our boys last year (17,15,14) i would go back to an island alot more for them to do.
“Perfect Holiday, Perfect Choice! Will definitely return!”
My wife and I along with our almost 2year old stayed at the Hilton Fiji Resort and Spa for 5 nights in mid August. After going back and forth on our decision for accommodation, we were relieved and ecstatic that we had made the right decision for us. We had considered staying at the Radisson, which was also quite nice, and seemed to have excellent activities for slightly older kids (6-12). The water slides, etc, whilst fun, would have been a bit much for our toddler. The rooms there seemed to be bunched together, and whilst you never plan to stay in your room much, it just didn't have that relaxed vibe. We found that the Hilton, was just what we were after. The rooms were very nice and the plunge pool, was a luxurious addition. Even though there were some rooms which where far away, there was always a friendly buggy driver doing the rounds and offering you a ride back to your room. We were lucky and our room wasn't situated too far away, and a leisurely stroll along the beach was a perfect way to start the day. All the different pools were great, as we could really choose which pool was most appropriate for our little one. There were a lot of families there, which was nice, as it made for a playful holiday in which the kids could interact. The staff at the Hilton were amazing, They were all so friendly, and always wanted to play and hold our little one (much to her delight). They honestly made it feel like the friendliest place on earth. BULA!
“Highly recommended”
Everything that one can expect from Hilton! The staff and quality of service really make the hotel something special. Enjoy!
“One of my Best Holidays Ever”
Great Hotel - people very friendly. I was so relaxed I thought I would melt. Would go back tomorrow. Only a few small things they could improve on but I think that is because I am use to a big city where everything needs to be perfect and they are on Fiji Time.
