"worth a try"
The house is in a quiet romantic setting. The staff were amazing, very friendly and professional. Lots of extra little touches like fresh baked cookies in the room. The shower was not great and plastic shower curtains made the room a little less luxurious . However in saying this for the price its worth every penny. The food is amazing and presented wonderfully. Defo give this one a try. Value for money and I would be delighted to return.

"Good for Business"
I always choose this hotel when in I am in the Dunfermline area on business. On this occasion the hotel was undergoing refurbishment hence the restaurant service was not up to the usual standard. But will return as staff and hotel setting; ambience excellent

"Good all rounder!"
We stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant stay. The hotel is basic but modern, clean with friendly staff. Having stayed at nearby Travel Lodge and Premier Inn this hotel benefits from serving breakfast within the hotel and also offers a light evening meal selection. Another bonus is the on site hotel bar, again other hotels only offer a pub nearby and again this gave a more convenient benefit to our stay. It's a nice hotel, safe free parking, well positioned and good value. The only negative is the bed quality that we experienced was poor. Very soft and lumpy, old spring type needing upgrade. All in all, if considering alongside other similar budget hotels then I believe this hotel has the slight edge over the competition.

"Near to Old course"
The hotel is near to Old course and has a view of the sea. However, our room (caddy room aka bagger room) is very stuffy and has no window. The shower head wasn't working as well. We've told the receptionist but they did not fix it for the 3 nights we stayed over there.
