"I would have given 5 stars for everything but I was double charged for the room. I was concerned that I may have been so I asked for a receipt but was told I couldn't get one because I booked through hotels.com. I was also told that my cc was only charged $10 for parking. However, when I got home and checked my cc statement they charged me for a room that I had already paid for. I have filed a dispute with my cc company so hopefully that will resolve it."
