They have bed bugs and their staff customer service was awful and they don’t refund you back your deposit either they make up lies about why you can’t get your deposit back

Stayed here for one night and it was very affordable and worth it. Standard Inn with not too much amenities in the rooms but the cleanliness and super comfortable beds make up for it. Free breakfast was pretty mediocre but there are so many spots to grab a bite in the area. I would stay again to rest up and in passing.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Looks like the furniture is fairly new as if it had been remodeled recently. Parking was easy, sheets across the road, and comfortable beds.

Almost perfect Stays. Tarnished by pettiness.
Everthing was excelent with two(2) minor exceptions : When booking a room for 2 I should not have to ask for a second key card. I should not have to explain to anyone my personal business. If you are trying to save money. The associate at the desk can ask 1 or 2 cards. Also work schedules and life cause customers to miss breakfast. If a customer ask fore flat ware you should not get a lecture on company rules. You budgeted for the meal for 2 . So you can hand out a fork without fuss.A plastic fork ??? Really???

The room was clean, except the lonely popcorn kernel ;) and the TV options were good. Did not feel safe outside at night, but I was fine in my room. It was nice that the hallway was keyed as well as the room; however, we got locked out of our room two days in a row. It seems they reset all the keys each morning. The motel has recently been renovated. The bathtub had been painted and was flaking. We figured out that the fridge had been plugged into a light switch outlet that was "off" so we moved the plug. There was only a light around the sink in the bathroom and not overhead so it was dark, but I loved the light that was there. The bed was on a spring platform, made noise and was not the most comfortable. Not a terrible place. Actually a pretty clean and put together place for a motel. I have just gotten used to hotels and there were several minor problems.

It was an overnight convenient location. Basic double beds (different frame ?) but overall it was neat and clean. Staff was especially friendly and I was running late so they made sure I my room was close to the office to accommodate for my late night arrival. I would stay again.

We were charged $25. per night for our small dog. We took him with us whenever we left. This was for 3 nights. Thought this was excessive. Noise from other rooms was loud several nights. Breakfast had a nice variety. Cleanliness was all right.

Thank you for choosing to stay here at the Days Inn Farmville. We are glad to see that overall, you enjoyed your stay. When it comes to the pet fee, its the same for all regardless of breed as long as they are within our size limit. The cleaning process is different and takes longer after checkout, with pet rooms. Anytime other guests are disturbing you at our hotel, please inform the front desk so we can handle the situation at that moment, with 60 guestrooms it's hard for the on-duty staff member to keep up with everyone while maintaining the front and the alert helps them to fix issues early and hopefully make sure that all of our guests are able to enjoy a good night's rest. We thank you again and hope to see you again in the future.

It is an old property under renovation. Our room seemed clean. The beds were not comfortable and were noisy due to the metal frame. Road noise was quite loud. The breakfast did not look appetizing so we did not eat.

The property was serviceable for a 1-night stay, but didn’t feel safe. It was clear that the rooms were recently renovated, but it was also clear that it’ll the renovation was completed with builder’s grade materials. Personally, I would not stay at this location a second time.

I have no complaints about this newly renovated property. I will admit, I was a bit skeptical pulling into the parking lot. Do not be deterred by the exterior. The woman at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The customer service was excellent! The room was clean and brightly decorated. I could easily tell that everything in the room was new. It is of a more "modern minimalist" design, so there is not a true closet with hangers, if that is of concern to you. However, there were two pegs for hanging jackets. It is advertised on Hotels.com as a "no frills hotel" and that's exactly what this is. There were no surprises. There was a waffle maker and various pastries, yogurt, cereal, juice, etc. for breakfast. We had an overall comfortable 1 night stay. This hotel definitely suited our purpose, and we would stay here again. I hope this helps anyone trying to make a decision on where to just rest their head for a night or two.
