The hotel was very clean and staff extremely helpful. The location in downtown is walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

Friendly front desk. Hotel is in great location if you want to go out dining or go to a bar. About a 10 min. drive from the main shopping mall. Room was comfortable and very clean.

they need to let people know they pay for parking,bottled water left in the room before check out, the staff are awsome and very understanding to a point but you should not have to ask every lil detail to find out something

The ice machine was broken. My shower was in a state of disrepair. The lighting was extremely dull, one of the lamps didn't work at all. The coffee maker was dysfunctional. The clock displayed the wrong time, as did the television "clock". The Sleep Number bed would not adjust. I had to make a quick (6 minutes) phone call home, and they charged me $16.89. I phoned the front desk to complain about the rate, I told them it was paramount to robbery since the rates were not posted anywhere! They made no apology or attempt to appease me in any way. I told them I would never stay at a Radisson hotel again, and I hope you don't either.
