I have stayed here many times and it's always good but on this trip the pool is closed for a couple of days. I understand that happens but at the very least I should be notified or there should be a discount for the night.

My stay was extended several times and they were great to work with me so I could keep my room. The breakfast and evening reception food was absolutely great. Substantial and healthy choices help keep doing costs down too! Thanks all the great staff. I did not meet anyone that wasn’t pleasant and friendly. The only one things is the grounds need a spring clean up.

The hotel has different wings that only connect in certain places which made finding the room harder than it should have been. Additionally, our room wasn't well sound insulated and we could hear everything going on in the hallway and every door that was left to shut on it's own on what seemed to be the entire level. It was so loud that we were constantly being woke up by what was going on in the hallway. While passing the pool on the way to our room, we noticed the water was extremely cloudy and didn't seem appealing. The shower handle that controlled the water temp was so loose that it would fall due to gravity and make the water cold. The bottom of the shower was shaped like a bowl so you never had a flat place to stand, it was like showering in half pipe. It was such a disappointing experience. We also were put into an adjacent room with a girl that we weren't told was going to be the case so we were able to listen to her doing whatever she was doing. I would expect a Super 8 to be a better experience.

Everything was fairly clean except the pool was the most filthy we’ve seen and there was a lot of garbage around the outside of the property. The hallway to our room had a terrible odor like sulfur. We also had to take cold showers in the morning. Breakfast was good though and the fitness room was clean and had a good variety of equipment to use. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pool area was filthy with hair balls everywhere in the drains around the area. Absolutely gross to walk around the pool. There were only 11 seats in the entire pool area for people to sit. One family came in a scarfed up 8/11 seats and tools 3 tables. So the rest of the families stood around while their kids swam.

I called ahead before I booked to verify the pool and hot tub were both open. Was told yes. Get there and they are cleaning the hot tub and we couldn’t use it. Disappointing.

Cleanliness was below average in general, many pool/room towels were stained. The pool and hot tub area were not clean. Do not recommend the breakfast, we ended eating elsewhere.

The hotel is quite grungy and worn and could really use a remodel update. It’s time for a refresh! Rooms are dim and unclean. The pool area does not have enough available seating for its guests and was usually out of towels. The kids were getting scrapes on their feet from the pool. Linens & towels had stains on them. I would no longer recommend this hotel.
