“Great Rooms”
This is an excellent value for what you get. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very nice!
“Great place to stay”
Great customer service, nice rooms, sleep numbers were comfy, doing some construction but overall was nice. Public ramp parking so you have to pay to park and they don't tell you till your at the front desk checking in.

The Kelly Inn in Fargo is fairly no frills. However, my experience with the staff was very good. I would recommend staying here if you don't plan on spending much time enjoying the ambiance of the hotel.

We were pleased with the hotel. Great location with lots of restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast.
“Was Good”
Room was spacious and very clean; very inviting. Quiet. My only complaints--and they are small, tedious--is that the housekeeping staff came knocking on the door an hour before checkout (I hate that, personally, I think it's rude) and we were having difficulties ordering a movie the night before--the front desk was unavailable--nobody answered the phone! We did receive our movie however and the front desk did pick up after dialing the 1-800 number for reservations and being put through to our specific hotel. But--I would think those are small issues not common to everday stays. Staff was courteous--checkout was a breeze. I would certainly stay again.
“It fit the bill - the location is great for Canucks on a shopping trip.”
The pool was not available during my stay - so this would have been hugely inconvient for any family requiring those ammenities. The location is very good for any one on a shopping excursion as the Mall and many restaurants are in close vicinity. The continental breakfast was the usual fare - if I had one critique it would be that it could use a little more fresh fruit rather than loaded with unhealthy donuts and over-processed muffins.
“Convenient to shopping and major roads”
Room service was extremely friendly and efficient. Front desk male was not at his best, butr may have been haveing a bad day.

Although this motel is getting dated and bit worn out, it is comforatable if you want a great value in a nice location for shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and service good.
