This hotel is in a perfect location to get to or from most any location in Fargo. The hotel staff were very pleasant & always willing to help. We ordered room service from the attached restaurant & had our food in 15 minutes!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a business trip within recent memory. I was impressed by room decor, spacious, had microwave and refrigerator, fitness center, and other amenities, overall look of building and interior. Overall, I would recommend this hotel above others in this price range.

The hotel was really nice, clean and quiet; easy to find; parking was good. A little pricey compared to other hotels; their breakfast was meh - they do have hot breakfast, but the trays were small.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and very nice. Only complaint would be the amount of loud traffic out on the streets just outside of the hotel. But i just turned on the fan in the room to drown it out

This is my go-to stay when visiting Fargo. Love the clean, friendly and accommodating environment. Breakfast is great! My granddaughter loves the pool. Rooms are very nice. Great location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Nice lobby, but dirty room, dusty all throughout, bathroom barely wiped and NOT cleaned, bed had hair that wasn't ours so the sheets were definitely not changed. Stayed here for the first time in March 2023 and also had a bad experience, but we were willing to give it a 2nd chance. Definitely will never stay here again.

The property was nice looking. Entrance and breakfast area were large. Rooms were clean but the dark decor would be a lot nicer if it was lighter just as it feels cleaner. The fuzzy blankets and large throw pillows look nice but from a cleanliness standout I would do without. Staff was ok, not unhappy but not overly friendly. The first morning a gentlemen was taking care of the breakfast area and it was not very tidy. Eggs had pools of water in them, garbage over flowing, just not great. Second morning was a different staff member and was much cleaner and put together. My biggest issue would be the pool area. It could have used to be cleaned way more? Or better? The hot tub had black stuff on the bottom which in the 3 days we were there did not get cleaned. There was areas of the pool deck with questionable stuff on it and even at 8am wasn’t cleaned so was there for days. Tables didn’t look like they were being wiped at all either. Aside from the pool area the rest of the hotel seemed very clean.

The elevator was extremely slow and after I checked in there was a pile of dirty bedding next to my door that I needed to move over to get into my room. The whirlpool tub did not work well, the stopper was broken, the silver cover that was inside the tub kept falling off and the jets didn’t always work.

The room was nice but for a $300 a night room the breakfast was quite sad. Not one protein option, just waffle, donuts, biscuits. Been to hotels that were a lot cheaper with way better breakfast options.
