Great place to stay. No breakfast on Sunday mornings didn’t find out till day of. Cleaning staff was knocking at the door at 9am to clean checkout wasn’t until noon

Stay Away From This Hotel
The staff that I was in contact with was amazing. The rooms were disgusting. The first room we were given was so full of dog hair and dog poop smashed in the couch the smell was awful that I called and asked the front desk for a different room. We were given another room immeadiately and when we entered that room, it smelled of rancid fried food, the carpet trim was all ripped up, and the couch had tears in it. There were no other rooms available and because I was with other parties we had no choice but to stay. When I complained again in the morning, the man at the front desk stated- I know, I have been in there and I don't know how we are going to get that smell out. So now, both rooms have been validated for being gross, I was still unable to get a refund.

At times nobody was at front desk. Tried to buy a few items and no one was around to pay. The cleaning staff would leave bags in hallway for guests to walk around. Overall property was fine

When i checked in, I booked a 2 queen room because there were 4 of us in the room. I get to the room and there is 1 queen bed. I came back down to the desk to request the correct room and the guy was super rude and said they were sold out and we have to deal with it. The whole hotel smelled like weed and there was a loud party going on down the lobby area. We ended up going to a different hotel. Still trying to get my money back.

This was a nice stay, the rooms are clean. They had 2 jacuzzi’s. One not even comfortable bath water, it as to cold, but the second one was just right. I truly wished they served breakfast as almost all hotels in this area do. That would have made it a 5 star stay if they had.

First time at this hotel. Surprised there is no breakfast. Bed was too soft. Couch in living area was much too hard and no sofa pillows. I did not like the bathroom sliding door. Also needs more hooks to hang wet towels. We did like the exercise room and the pool area looked nice, although we did not swim. Unfortunately I don’t think we will return to this hotel.

The room was decent but it was very run down. There were stains all over the couch and sitting bench, and there were also multiple spots on the walls that were patched but with not matching paint, there were spots like that everywhere. The telephone did not work either, though all the cords were plugged in, I could not get it to work and had to use my personal cell to contact the front desk. The elevators were also very noisy/ bumpy ride in.
