This beautiful hotel is a great find with breathtaking scenery and great eco design. The location is fabulous and the hotel has a great open design. We arrived at night (which didn't do it justice) and were warmly greeted in the lobby and offered a home cooked dinner. Porkchops, rice and beans and plaintains were an amazing welcome meal. The rooms are sparsely decorated but beautifully appointed with comfortable beds and linens and a sitting couch. The windows open out to allow for refreshing breezes and great views. We traveled with another couple and had an adjoining room that connecting through our balcony on the top floor. After dinner we sat on the balcony with our drinks and just listened to the coqui and other animals. The recycled rainwater shower was perfectly temperate and gorgeous. In the morning, we ate our breakfast with the other guests and marveled at the view. We were sad to leave after only one night but plan on returning when we can. A definite must see!

This hostel was clean and comfy. They even have a couple of private rooms, ours had a tv! The staff was helpful when it came to questions about how to navigate the islands. They are also a REALLY fun time. There is a newly opened "bar" here which was a great way to hang out with other travelers and have a good time. The bed was so, so, but everything was clean and neat. The only thing that wasn't good about this hostel is that it's pretty far from everything BUT the ferry docks. We had a car, which was ideal but others had problems getting taxis or other transportation to tours, beaches, etc. Overall, a great place to stay on the cheap, especially if you're hoping to ferry out to the other islands.
