great location for Mill Creek Mall and Grove City

Posted 4-Dec-2014
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast
Cons: the shower head was a bit low, but just had to bend down a little to rinse your hair,
Location: Easy access to the I-90, and the I-79, so convenient for shopping and centrally located.
We stayed at the Inn for the weekend for Black Friday shopping and were pleased to see that they had recently upgraded and painted. The room was comfortable and clean and the beds very comfortable. We were happy to see that the room had a fridge and microwave, and coffee maker. We didnt spend much time in the room but it was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in and out was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again, great room for the price, we werent paying to stay at the Ritz, so it was certainly up to our expectations.

THIS HOTEL WAS EASY TO FIND BUT VERY OLD! Our room was falling apart and the door looked like it had been kicked in several times.

Clean and comfortable but close to NOTHING!

Posted 17-Nov-2014
Pros: good wifi
Location: none
Clean and comfortable but close to NOTHING! Besides the in hotel restaurant / bar, a Burger King and gas station there is literally nothing with in 5 miles of this place. OK if you have transportation but I didn't for part of my stay. Good thing their wireless internet worked well!

Convenient stop between Grove City & Erie, PA

Posted 15-Nov-2014
Pros: It was inexpensive, close to the hwy and clean.
Cons: Could do with some freshening up. The internet was very sporadic. The rooms are rather dingy.
Location: Close to Erie, PA where there is plenty of shopping, restaurants and a movie theatre.
It was a plain jane place to crash as we head back from Grove City heading to Erie the next day to shop. It served our purpose. Place to sleep - period. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly.

Great Service Old Hotel

Posted 28-Oct-2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was excellent and friendly. The restuarant had good food, and was reasonably priced. The hotel was clean, but it was old and had an odor even in the non-smoking rooms. The carpet had a burn mark, and the bathroom had mold. The room needed a lot of maintenance, but it was clean. I wasn't afraid to stay there

"Lack of Quality Inn"

Posted 22-Oct-2014
Pros: Can't think of anything polite to say
Cons: Blow it up and start over
Location: Zip at the Fairview exit
Like a trip to the Bates Motel in the Hitchcock movie - facility seemed about the same age. Yukky, smelly, dirty. First non-smoking room reeked of tobacco. Room key did not work. Long hike back to the desk for reswipe, tried another room and the key did not work again. Another long hike for reswiping. Tried the restaurant, first out of chips, then out of fries and finally we were told they were out of hamburgers. We were "out of there". Only one good thing to say - I got a refund. Try the Hampton further up I90. Thirty dollars more but the chocolate macadamia cookies in the lobby were out of this world.

Dirty and noisy

Posted 19-Oct-2014
Pros: Nothing special
Cons: Remove dirty carpet and put tiles!
Location: Nothing nearby apart from the Interstate 90
I have been really disappointed by this hotel, dirty, burned carpet everywhere, smoky area even in non-smoking room, noisy rock concert all night! Food was disgusting and staff in kitchen nearly kind.
