I found the hotel to be a good place to stay generally. Parking was a bit limited. Part of that was the popularity of the restaurant, which was outstanding. The food was good and a pianist played for entertainment and he was fantastic. The only real problem was how noisy it was. The walls are incredibly thin and I could hear everything that was said in the halls and outside, which made it hard to sleep.
The outside is ivy covered, on a busy highway and rather uninteresting looking. But the inside was much nicer than anticipated. A nice surprise. Nice lobby, good facilities and very pleasant room. Upon arriving, the desk staff were courteous, inquisitive and communicative. The place was quiet despite being right on a major road. Many of the small details were above expectations ( toiletries, desk supplies)
