Spacious, Clean Rooms

Pros: Free parking, free breakfast, free laundry room, free wireless internet, friendly staff, comfortable bed.
Nice hotel that's within a 20 minute drive to Napa wine country. Spacious rooms, ceiling fans, refrigerator and dishwasher in room.

Some good some bad

The location was great. Close to 2 major highways to give access to Napa, San Francisco etc. Breakfasts were good. On weekends there is no housekeeping. Even when we requested a towel change there was none.

Great counter staff but problems with noise

I was on the ground floor as requested as I was traveling with a small dog. When we checked in all was well. Then people moved into their room above me. It sounded like they were a herd of elephants. After a few hours, I walked to the lobby and told the counter person my problem. He said he would give them a courtesy call. After an hour, they did quiet down but that was only because they had gone out to dinner. They were just as loud when they returned. At 10:00 I phoned the lobby and again asked for some help. It did quiet down some but all during the night, I could here people stomping around and it woke me many times. I decided to cut my stay by a day as I did not want to deal with this again. Karen at the front desk was very helpful and guided me through getting my reservation changed AND not charged. While this was going on, a very unhappy guest came up to loudly complain and was asking for a manager. She seemed to enjoy causing a scene. It was during breakfast and everyone had the unpleasant experience of listening to her yell over and over. Karen handled the situation very calmly. What a great employee they have in her. Luckily Karen was able to finish my check out and I was able to leave. I will not stay here again. I don't know if they just have bad insulation but the noise from above was extreme. I stay in many hotels and am fine with noise coming from above normally.

At times like this is when we are thankful to have a strong and very well trained employee and I'm glad that you saw how very well she handled the matter. Great place for a family to stay

My husband, myself and our 3 boys (7-12) were very comfortable in this 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Everyone had their own bed (using the pull out sofa in the living room) which made the boys happy. There was a large refrigerator, a cooktop, a microwave and plenty of dishes which made me happy. The pool was a bit small, but indoor and the boys used it several times. Staff was great, breakfast buffet a nice touch!

Very nice hotel, clean and comfort really enjoy it

My friends family and mine stayed 2 nights there during our spring break. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfort, and provide breakfast buffet and light dinner as well as wine. We really enjoy the stay.

Nice stay

Cons: indoor pool water was a little cold.
Location: Took my family to six flags and jelly belly factory.
The hotel was nice, good breakfast, I would stay again.

Pros: Staff was friendly
Cons: I was unpleasantly surprised by the stickiness on the floors. The rugs need a thorough cleaning in the rooms.
Location: Very close to the Napa wine country.
The hotel had nice amenities. Was lovely to have the happy hour with food. Beautiful wine country surrounding the area.

Staybridge Fairfield

Pros: Indoor pool, complimentary breakfast, located w/in 1 mile from Costco, TJ Max, & close to some restaurants, freeway.
Cons: Housekeeping
Location: Napa is close w/in 1/2 hr. drive, the Vacaville premium outlets is also only 20 min away ( they have Gucci there...)
We stayed 2 weekend nights(2 adults+2 kids ), overall it's good, but compared to the last time we were there 3 yrs. ago, housekeeping is 1 star lower. We found a part of a dry plant on the leather chair by the desk, dust on kitchen counter, coffee maker( not to mention filthy water left inside), missing dinnerware ( 4 cups, 2 plates, 3 bowls, 2 spoons, etc...), inside the pull out couch was dirty.... However, everything else was great, breakfast remain plentiful w/ waffle, peeled hard broiled egg, and all the other stuff, the indoor pool is still great that our kids ( 9& 7 yr.olds) had a great time. Btw, no housekeeping during the wk/end unless requested with the front desk on the previous day by 5pm.
