Not so great.

Started off good. Our check in was pleasant. Staff was friendly. Then we got upstairs...key did not work properly (during the entire stay we had to ask for new keys 4 times!) Room was in decent condition but the bathroom was not very clean and our bed was horrible. The pillows were like cotton balls thrown into a pillow case. The following morning we went down for breakfast and it was disgusting. Not clean and flys roaming around the fruit. Coffee was empty and food served for breakfast was not very good quality. Staff was as helpful as they could be with what they had to work with.

Location: Close to Napa Valley Wineries, and the staff reccomended an excellent steak house.
The staff was so helpful and kind. The room was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a nicer hotel or staff. Thanks to all involved

Great hotel

Pros: Very large rooms and excellent breakfast
Cons: menu rotation for breakfast
Location: Traffic is getting terrible
Very comfortable and pleasent stay. The room are large and clean. Breakfast is satisfying. The hotel location requires driving and traffic is terrible.

Everything good except the TV in the dining room was blasting and I could hear it at 5:30 am in the morning. Staff was notified and the next day the volume was turned down.

Convenient but far

Pros: The breakfast is good, and hot food options change each day. Staff was friendly. They have free dinner.
Cons: The gym equipment. Loud doors.
Location: The drive to Napa and Sonoma isn't far, but watch out for weekday traffic
Our stay was pretty good. We had a queen suite which had a couch and a large bathroom, and a small kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher, no oven). The gym was a little disappointing- no mats for exercising, so you're on the floor which is not the most comfortable place, the carpet isn't great. Staff was very friendly and had good tips for local hiking. .

Hidden Gem

This hotel coincides with the beauty of the surrounding area. They really cater to a persons needs. The hotel was clean and very up to date. I loved the microwave popcorn in the room. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, I wasn't there long enough to enjoy the afternoon happy hour and meal. I would definitely stay there again.

Close to Jelly Belly Factory, Far from San Fran

It was very nice to have a warm breakfast every morning. The dinner is only provided on weekdays, and It ended at 7 so we didn't make it back in time for that. The beds were comfortable. We got the King Suite. As it was nice to have a separate room, and a separate TV (with DVD for both!!), the bathroom was in the King room, so everyone had to go through the room to get to the bathroom. The A/C didn't seem to be working. We asked them about it on the 2nd night there. Someone came to re-set the breaker on it, but it didn't do anything. He said the maintenance guy is there in the morning. We are not too picky, so we didn't bother with it for our last night there. We opened the windows and it was ok. The hotel was less than a mile away from a Safeway, Redbox, CVS, Subway, Round Table Pizza, etc. Right off the freeway. Be careful cooking in the kitchen, as I set the smoke detector off. :) Wish I could give 4.5 stars. It just wasn't Perfect, with the AC issue.

I am happy that you loved the breakfast and the room that you stayed in but its so unfortunate that we were not able to make it a perfect stay because of your air conditioning system.
