The staff was courteous & always smiling. The room was clean & the dining room & kitchen was very clean. The breakfast was good, hot,& everything was covered. I love the Country Inn!!!!

This property seemed to be really nic, but I was concerned about all the broken windows at the property, next my room was never serviced, the trash cans were overflowing, at breakfast it seemed as if the homeless in the area were invited to come sup. I have to say the young men at the front desk tried to be as accommodating as they could. One night I came back to my room and my key did not work, it was very inconvenient, because I was on the 3rd floor and you need the room key to activate the elevator and no one would answer the phone. The jacuzzi could use some attending to, because the water was so green it look like the ocean.

It was ok until we found a mice in our room they moved us to another room but they need to fix the problem because that room alsp had mice

I am sorry you say you found a mouse. We have not had any reports of mice since I have been here, so this is new to me. We have regular scheduled pest control to prevent these occurrences. Also the staff never found the mouse or any traces.

Nice area but we never got any service such as clean our room … very disappointed with that … no stuff on site one of the days, don’t appreciate that, people helping from another country cannot help you properly so very very disappointing

I apologize, there are signs at the front desk that state if you need service please let us know. We do not just service peoples rooms daily.

Housekeeping does not clean
The room was not cleaned or serviced once in the 6 days I stayed there, and the first night someone's car was broken into. I bought my own bath tissue....

I apologize for your room not being serviced. There is a sign at the front desk that says to mention if you would like your room cleaned. We do not service rooms without a request.

There's restaurants , plenty of shopping close like walkable plus its very close yo hwy.80 for commuter's the fairy boat to the city or head north for wine tasting this property is maintained very well would stay and eill recommend to family & friends...
