“Like being on the river. Convient to all areas we visited.”

Found it to be a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. We stayed one night but would go back again. Easy to find from the airport and close. Right on the highway to Anchorage. Nice people who run the hotel also.

“Be close to the best of Fairbanks and the Airport”

We arrived at the River's Edge resort for a 4 night stay. The room was clean and it was easy to park right outside the cabin and get our luggage in the room. The room was comfortable. We we able to sit on a patio and watch the sunshine all night long! The Inn is close enough to their facilities and other restaurants are easily accessed by walking, car or cab. So even delivered. The Inn is a great choice for couples or families.

“Cute, Convenient, Clean”

The Rivers Edge is well kept up, inside and out. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the flowers outside the cabins and the path by the River. The inside of the cabin was clean and air-conditioned. I was worried about the proximity to the airport, but we did not hear a lot of planes landing or taking off. The next time we will book a River view cabin.

We took a business / family trip to Fairbanks . Location of the resort was perfect for us . close to everything . We where disappointed because of the internet problems . The front desk staff were not really interested in trying to help problem solve the issue . The answer was "internet being worked on for the last three weeks , with no results". So i went to the best western down the road to do billing etc. on my lap top. Besides the internet problem , the rest of the stay was smooth and enjoyable : )

“Rivers Edge Resort at Fairbanks”

This resort consists of numerous single cabins, some with the river view and others, less expensive, without the view. It's a studio bungalow with a bathroom. Good air-conditioning system.

Nice clean Resort, every one gets their own cabin. Courteous and helpfull friendly staff. Rooms are clean and you won't hear noise from other cabins, however do not stay near the entrance as you will hear traffic noise to restaurant, and from the near by highway. The staff were very accomodating in moving us, and mentioned that they try not to put people staying several nights in that location. Pleasantly surprised that there were no mosquitos, and you could sit out all night without being bothered by those pesky bugs.

I went up to Fairbanks so my son could look into going to UAF in the fall. Fell in love with the area and hotel. Had a pair of ducks befriend us. They visted each day and would lay on the grass and sun. I recommend getting a room on the river, Nice boardwalk/benches to enjoy. Staff was extremely friendly and answered many questions. No fridge or microwave but stores are walking distance away.
