Une valeur sùre.
Chambre spacieuse, au calme, bonne literie, Wifi ok, petit dej compris ok, salle du petit dej sympas, à 10 minutes à pied du "centre ville", navette aéroport gratuite 24/24 toutes les heures. Bref, une valeur sure et bon rapport qualité prix. Si il y avais qque chose à dire de négatif, pas de petit supermarché à proximité immédiate, mais l'hôtel a un restaurant et des distributeur de chips/sucrerie/boissons.

Room was comfortable and clean. There were lots of dining options within a walkable distance. There's also a shuttle for airport transportation.

We stayed 6 nights recently. All staff members were welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. Bed sheets did have stains upon check in. Limited dining both inside and around the property. Breakfast only served from 6-9am and then dinner served from 5-9pm. Off property options are a little bit of a walk.

The basement level (interestingly called the 4th floor) did not get Wi-Fi. The bicycle, treadmill and elliptical machines in the gym were all broken. There are no free weights/dumbbells. There is not hot water at high usage times for showering (8:30pm).

The location of the hotel was nice. Easy to get into town. Parking was fine. Noice level was alright. Mostly people in the hallways slamming doors & talking loud.

We checked in on Friday to no water in the shower and a nonworking tv. Shower finally fixed Saturday afternoon. General Manager offers to comp HALF a day. UNACCEPTABLE!

Breakfast was very good and was nice having restaurant in hotel Chris was are server and very nice . Make sure you make a your Hotel shuttle request 24 hour in advance or transportation will not be available .we did not have a car for our stay a thought we could depend on shuttle from train station at 8pm on a Saturday NOPE !!! That was my only issue

They had an ice sculpture of an eagle by the front entrance. This was during an ice sculpture competition and we enjoyed it. What I didn’t like was the extreme cold weather.

Travel in winter with no car, this won't be the great choice. It's quite sm blocks away from foods, shops & cafe. But there's ubers, taxi, delivery that can be done. The room is spacious, has utensils, kitchetnetts & little electric stove, but it's quite dark esp. I got the 1st fl which I preferred not to open the curtain. There's also sm pipe or drain noise problem all days long (don't know about others). Water pressure with that shower head they got is 👎👎

My mom and I stayed in this hotel for five nights, which was great! The best part was the staff! The general manager, Daniel, was super attentive and drove us several times to the airport to rent cars for our trip. We also used their shuttle services and Eliza was sooo helpful with tips around what to do in Fairbanks. At the reception desk we has Kristal that was extremely kind and super helpful w/ tips!! Thanks to the staff for a nice stay! Also breakfast were delicious! Suepr recommend.

We chose this property because it has a kitchenette. Most of the staff at the front were super friendly and helpful. The hotel could use some updating but it was clean. We stayed for a week. They were understaffed. They didn’t come to clean our rooms while we were there.

OK place to stay
Everything was as good as expected. Plenty of space in the room. There is a shuttle for travel to the airport but it doesn't start early enough for people leaving on an early morning flight. Location is good for a person staying in town for a few days.

We were met by a delightful employee at the front desk on our arrival. We had a dog with us and we filled out the paperwork and deposit no problem. The problem we did encounter was on the next morning when we were getting ready to check out and get some breakfast. The fellow at the front desk was very short and unfriendly in his disposition and words when we came down by the front desk. l headed towards the side entrance to start the truck as we were in very cold - 17 degree temp and let the diesel truck warm up. The fellow at the counter told me the side door was not to be used, I said to him I believe it says exit on the sign and that the door is an egress from the building. That I had used the door last night to make sure the vehicle was ok. He said that it was not ok for me to use the side entrance as homeless people attempt to sneak in . he also said that if our dog did any damage to the room we would be charged for it. Like I did not already know that.. and he was not friendly, he has lost his compass on understanding that customers that stay at the Hotel are the reason he has a job and being kind in his words are important in the way people view the experience. Kind words can do wonders and he does not represent those kind of values. I think he just does not understand that concept. He acted like he was doing us a favor by letting us stay at the Hotel. very strange . I think he needs a little better understanding of how to talk to people. and be kind and thoughtful.

The room was very spacious and clean, but very outdated. The hotel itself was very outdated. The breakfast was definitely not worth bragging about. Luckily the Crepery was nearby. Overall it was a decent stay.

It’s an older building, but the staff is great . I’m very friendly. We drove in from Wasilla. Checking was fast was friendly service. The elevator has kind of a musty smell. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent. Overall, I would stay up this property again.

Hotel offers shuttle service but it is VERY limited. We called as our flight was coming in late to let them know. They sent a driver at the orginal time, who waited a little bit then left. When we arrived we called and no shuttle service even tho the hours said they did. We had to get a taxi (no easy here) and they did not reimburse for the taxi. Next day we asked about a shuttle to go downtown, nope no shuttle. We only got a shuttle on our last day to the airport as we arranged it and checked on it every day including the morning we were leaving. Prior to stay was sent a note about the shuttle and where they could take us (some at an extra charge which was ok) but in reality they barely have shuttle service and will not go anywhere but the airport. Hotel is dated but not horrible. Beds were comfortable. Hotel room very dry, causing a nose bleed. Extra charge for towels. Guess we should have just put the towels by the elevator like others did.
