Guest service was the bare minimum at best. The hotel was very nickel and dime and everytime I had a question for them they mentioned that I booked through Expedia and treated me like a leper. I requested early check and called ahead and they said it would be no problem. However, when I arrived they seemed put out by the early check in like it was a burden for them and charged me $30 for the privilege. The room was old and needed a refresh. The fridge's condenser was ticking over like a metronome the entire time i was there. They mentioned that there was breakfast in the morning between 6-9am. I went to go check it out and I was greeted by a lady reading the paper. When she acknowledged my presence she pointed out that Breakfast was $10- I was under the impression it was complimentary. I politely declined and then she replied that it wasn't much money. To me that was not the point. It was just awful communication and customer service. When I went to check out, I requested a copy of my bill and they stated that they couldn't because I had booked through Expedia. So if you want to stay at a hotel that doesn't provide any service or looks at you as if you are interrupting their day please by all means stay here.
